Beautiful place, excellent service.

Historisches Gebäude, großes Schlafzimmer, bequeme Betten und zufriedenstellendes Frühstück. Paradores sind nicht für ihre hochwertigen Abendessen bekannt, daher habe ich mir im gemütlichen Innenhof einen Teller Jamón Ibérico mit einem Glas Rotwein aus Ribera del Duero gegönnt. Wie viele Paradores liegen auch diese abseits der ausgetretenen Pfade und bestechen durch die Schönheit und Ruhe ihrer historischen Gebäude, während man mit dem Auto durch Spanien reist.

The high light of our 15 days in Europe. The facility was outstanding and the best value in the 10 places we stayed at during our trip, including places which were 3 times the cost.

Bellísimo hotel! Solo que el aire acondicionado de nuestra habitación no estaba funcionado apropiadamente y hacía calor

The Parador surroundings are beautiful. The rooms are nice but did not have the unique architectural quality of the castle. Very clean and restful stay. The hotel staff, although polite, were not as enthusiastic in their service. The city’s residents and businesses were very cordial! The visitor’s center was excellent on local information and history. Best to visit toward the middle-end of the week to enjoy most restaurants and shops as they open from Thursday-Sunday. Trains to Siguenza from Madrid were limited and closed due to renovations. Transfers were by bus, which made the journey a bit longer. No information to this effect was publicized during the train ticket reservations, FYI. Lastly, there are only four taxi companies (with limited cars) that operate so it’s difficult to acquire same-day transport. Best to have a car.

Sem palavras para o Hotel, ele é lindo, quartos simples e espaçosos, colchão memoravel. Descansamos demais! O unico problema foi com o ralo do banheiro que nao escoa a agua direito. Impossivel tomar um banho sem fazer malabarismo pra nao ficar com os pes na poça de agua. No demais, esse hotel foi uma achado, do jeito que gostamos, distante da cidade grande, epico, exclusivo. Arrumem os encanamentos pessoal!

Esse hotel é um sonho - da rede Parador onde estão pegando antigos castelo e palácios, reformando para usar como hotel. vale cada centavo se hospedar nesse local. Fica no topo da cidade. Imperdível.

Excelente. Un castillo precioso con un ambiente medieval increíble y recientemente renovado. Las habitaciones superiores muy cómodas y algunas con balcones preciosos. Nosotros tuvimos la suerte de tener balcón, vale la pena pagar más. La decoración te sumerge en un ambiente medieval muy romántico y ensoñador. El personal magnífico y muy amable tanto en recepción, restauración y limpieza, hacen tú estancia muy agradable,lo mejor de todo. La pega es que en la cafetería, a pesar de la profesionalidad, la simpatía y el buen hacer de los camareros,se nota que no tienen el personal necesario , lo que provoca lentitud en los servicios, a pesar de los esfuerzos del personal. La comida muy buena y abundante. Muchísimas gracias a todos el personal por hacer nuestra estancia mágica

Amazing castle, location and staff. Will come here again!

The castle is a dream. Wonderful place.Stunning .Super clean. Quiet walkable city down the hill. Beautiful rooms. The only bad thing was dinner time. It’s a shame that are so short staffed. It took forever to get food and a long wait (30 min.) to get coffee after dinner. A hotel with this stature should offer an excellent service all around.
