Room very clean. Difficult to coordinate check-in, there isn't 24hr front desk. Neighborhood can be intimidating at night.

Wonderful place with a stressful confirmation process

Big space with bedroom up 3 steps. Hand held shower could not be adjusted but did have rain shower.

Le Check in en avance doit être mieux expliqué car il n'y a pas de Reception après 14h. Sinon appartement neuf spacieux, 10 min à pieds du metro et de la Nave.

One of the worst hotels in Madrids. Extremely frustrating check in process. This is a at best two star motel presenting itself as a 4 star hotel. Located next to train tacks in a rough neighborhood. The room have dirty windows and instead of window shades they use dirty pieces of fabric to cover them . To add to the interesting point a wall had dried blood stains and I did not have electricity the first night and had to grow through a lot to get it connected. I do NOT recommend this dump.

I realize Spain is not the US have adjusted my expectations accordingly. My biggest complaints (not attributed to region) include - the shower cracks could have been cleaner, mildew starting. Also the sofa bed mattress looked worn or stained. Some deferred maintenance - walls baseboards needing a fresh coat of paint, room curtains needing a wash, as they drag on the floor. Multiple light bulbs out. Microwave door broken but still worked. One of the bath showers only got lukewarm not hot, so we shared a shower. The rainfall shower spraying all over so we used the main shower head. My biggest grip was the checkin. I never rec'd an email on how to get in or where to get my key. The "front desk" closes at 230 but checkin is at 3. Doesnt make sense. I give the neighborhood a C+ but appreciate its proximity to the metro. All in all... I would stay here again if the price is right. Also loved that everything was recently renovated and the extra space is great! They just need to keep up on the maintenance. Also I booked two queen suite and got a double and king. Not a big deal for us but if it is for you, make sure you check directly with the hotel to confirm!

I don’t normally leave bad reviews if I don’t like a hotel but I felt I should to help others if they are considering here. I do not recommend this place for a few reasons. One was the communication with checking in and getting my key access. I was on the phone with the staff for 1 hour and spoke to 3 people, no one could figure out how to send me key access. Then when they did, they told me the numbers to enter via a phone call instead of emailing me written instructions. It was very confusing and no one mentioned you need to get a key from a lockbox. It was a very stressful experience as I spent hours trying to message them on WhatsApp and email and no one replied during the day to get the check in info.. so I had to call them multiple times. Then when we got to the room, the shower was covered in mold. The walls in the place were all marked as well. It did not feel clean and I would not stay here again.

Property was located in area that wasn't too conducive to walking. The property next door was tagged with lots of graffiti. Otherwise the stay was very good.

Séjour agréable

Room was clean, safe & comfortable. Surrounding area was safe, but not much to do without taking a 20min drive into city center. Great for Mad Cool Music Festival.

Great experience. Not on the beaten path, so it gives you a little break from the bustle. At the same time it’s a short train ride to where the action is. I would do it again in a heartbeat.

My name is Elias, I Loved the service and the staff were wonderful! Really friendly and helpful. The only downside is the location is a bit far from the city center, so getting to sights and restaurants took more time and transport planning.

Nice inside but in a bad area

Very good apartments around 30 minutes on the metro to central Madrid. Main complaint is the overhead shower head fell on my head! Twice! Reported it to reception who fixed it only for it to happen the next day again. Reported it again when leaving and that receptionist said it hadn't been recorded. That was probably (hopefully) an isolated incident and overall the apartments are very good.
