Excelente lugar y sobre todo la persona muy amable.

No private bathroom. Shared with several other rooms

Nous avons été logé dans un appartement où il y a trois chambre, une salle de bain qui comprend le WC et pas de cuisine. Les cloisons sont peu épaisse et on entend ce qui se dit dans les chambres. De plus il était dit petit déjeuner inclus ce qui n’est absolument pas le cas. Enfin, il faut comprendre qu’il faut téléphoner pour qu’on vous donne le code d’une boîte à clef pour récupérer la clé de l’appartement et de votre chambre. Compliqué ! Mais surtout c’est le fait que la salle de bain est partagée entre trois chambres et le WC est dans la salle de bain qui me fait déconseiller ce logement. Nous avons eu à faire avec un couple qui devait penser que c’était sa salle de bain

Did not acknowledge our booking and offered us two rooms not three as we had booked and paid for. Owner very rude even though we showed her booking confirmations and payments she did not believe us. Had to book elsewhere for that night

Inget särskilt trevligt ställe . Det var rent men luktade konstigt. Frukost skulle ingå men där var ingen. Ingen reception utan du var tvungen att ringa dem för att få kod till en nyckel. Det stod reception men inte alltid . Inget ställe att rekommendera

It was a clean and comfort stay. Check in wasn't easy as i couldn't call them became of my data plan. Didn't realize i would have to call when i got there. Eventually, someone working inside the building got the lady to check us in. She was very friendly and helpful.

The room was clean and comfortable enough. There were issues with the power, the humidity and the odour in the hallway and bathroom. It smelled rather musty/off which was concerning. Additionally, it was hard to enter the building. There wasn’t clear directions on how to get in which was inconvenient after a long day of walking on the Camino. Clearer instructions would be beneficial. Overall, decent stay.

The pension as a whole is fine, separate bathrooms, the cleanliness etc is fine. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and a minor thing the coffee machine did not work. I had to contact the manager to see if my traveling companion was ok as she was not responding to my knocks on the door and the manager did not see any urgency even though the plans we had made were broken and I did not know where she was, she eventually turned up, but the manager did not.

We booked 2 rooms for a group of 5 doing the Camino de Santiago. On arrival we were initially advised by the very rude owner that she had cancelled the booking. When we produced the reservation she then said that she had only one room for 4 people but wanted us to pay 80€ on top of what we had already paid for the 2 rooms. She did offer accommodation at an alternative hotel for the 5th person but that would cost 35€. In the end we decided to take the 4 people room but refused to pay extra and one of us had to stay in a nearby Alberque. All in all a terrible experience with someone that clearly wanted to scam us. The breakfast consisted of a carton of orange, a sweet bun and coffee pod. Also she only spoke Spanish but advertises that she can speak multiple languages.

Fairly easy-to-find location, but check-in process and obtaining access to our room was lengthy and confusing. Cramped reception area, which was really just a desk in a hallway. Few amenities. Room ok, but loud at night. Free breakfast was disappointing.

Upon arrival I had difficulty locating the admitting person. Once found, she was wonderful.

This was a weird set up. Once I got into my room, I was pleased, but the check in process was confusing and frustrating. I think they should post instructions on the site before you book, and if you do book, send the check in instructions beforehand so you don’t have to rely on other travelers to let you in.

We had to pay €15 out of pocket on top of our hotel bookings price we already paid because the owner said there was a price wrong through hotel bookings, needless to say we had a receipt from hotel bookings confirming our reservation for two people and she still wouldnt give us the room we booked unless we paid an extra €15. We therefore were forced into it as you cannot cancel the reservation after booking unless you want to forfeit the reservations fee. Very disappointed
