We ended up spending our vacation without hot water. The gas heater broke down on Friday (can happen, we understand that) and the owner promised to get the technicians the next Monday (not over weekend!, probably just to avoid higher cost for emergency service) and refund us the half price for the days without warm water. We agreed as we didn't want to spend more money booking another apartment before getting any kind of refund for this one. On Monday nothing happened, we haven't even got a warning message that we will be spending another evening without shower, no refund was payed. Well that we consider a huge problem after spending 1000€ for 5 nights without warm shower. The owner does not speak English, the communication was via an agent which was so rude to hang up after I complained about the situation. Since then there was no communication at all. The apartment itself is nice and has a good location, but it is not well taken care of: lots of hair stuck in the bathroom furniture, partially broken cooker, overused pan, poor tiny hair dryer and finally not comfortable bed mattresses of hostel quality. All in all: Huuuuuge disappointment!

The condition of the property is reasonably good. Furniture is in good condition. Double bed is uncomfortable. Stove top works only occasionally. It is broken on top, so should be replaced. Dishwasher is not attached to the cupboard so it pulls out when you try to open it....did not use. Bathroom cupboard needs to be cleaned...full of hair. This isn’t a bad property...it is well decorated...it just needs some more attention to details. It is in a beautiful setting..close to the beach. Great for two couples or a family.

Location was perfect and the apartment was in relatively good condition but very few supplies available. Only a few shower soap envelopes that were not sufficient for a family of four, no dish soap or washing machine soap. The kitchen was not very clean and the dishwater was in very poor condition
