Stains everywhere on the floor. Did not even stay the night - left. Requested a refund and they refused on the basis that the paid for an expensive carpet cleaner - how is that my problem if the stains are still there. Really disappointed, would not stay here again, no support no advice.

Absolutely disgusting stay. I can’t believe that this hotel is allowed to operate. The hotel feels like it is abandoned. There was an ant infestation, completely stained carpets, and construction that occurred throughout both the nights we stayed. Not sure how they justify the outrageous pricing either. See photos.

Elle est très sale , le sol catastrophe les matelas pue , ascenseur tres salle les tache partout , jacuzzi ne marche pas les fenêtres cassé , les banques dans les balcons sont tres sale et vieux c'est pas normal de payer 150 eu pour un service come celui la

Comment vous dire.. c’était une catastrophe. Je ne suis pas forcément croyante des choses paranormales, mais je peux vous dire que cet hôtel en comporte ! Déjà arrivé dans la pièce ( nous avons pris 3 suites). Nous avons tous senti une ambiance très pesante, des objets ont même disparu durant notre séjour. Coupure de courant sans raison, iniquement dans ma suite, portes qui claquent.. je n’ai pas dormi pendant les deux jours de séjour. Concernant les suites, elles ont besoin d’un bon coup de rénovation les jacuzzi ne fonctionnaient pas dans les trois suites la moquette au sol est pleine de taches, sous les lits nous avons retrouvé des tas de coton-tige. Le personnel est exécrable. Nous avons eu affaire à une femme la journée et deux de la nuit. Pas de bonjour, aucune marque de salutations aucun sourire. Si vous leur posez une question, vous verrez bien que cela les embête. Aucun geste commercial, malgré nos remarques. Elles ont cessé de nous dire qu’un technicien viendrait le lendemain, mais personne n’est venu. L’hôtel est froid sombre, il n’a rien de chaleureux. C’est bien dommage car il y a un fort potentiel. Les suites sont très belles mais manque cruellement d’entretien. Je n’osais même pas marcher sans chaussures à l’intérieur. Pour vous garer, il va encore falloir s’armer de patience. Tout est payant à l’extérieur et il n’y a pas de parking dans l’hôtel. Concernant la piscine si vous n’êtes pas frileux vous pourriez y aller moi je n’ai pas pu, nous tous d’ailleurs.

Zimmer sehr großzügig sogar mit Küchen- und Ankleideraum. Schön dekoriert. Jedoch ist der helle Uniteppich mit Flecken verdreckt. In der Küche gibt's eine Nespressomaschine aber keine Kapseln. Stattdessen sollte einfach ein Wasserkocher hin. Gesamte Elektrik wird mit Microschaltern an unterschiedlichen Stellen bedient. Klein und schwer ablesbar. Intuitives Schalten von Nachtlicht somit erschwert. Aber das stärkste ist der Hinweis, bitte seinen Müll außerhalb vom Hotel zu entsorgen. Kein Mülleimer im Zimmer. Ach ja, Frühstück mit 20 € pro Person für mich zu teuer...

Iniziamo con il dire che l’ingresso della struttura ha come insegna un altro nome e non “Smartr Lloret de mar” quindi abbiamo dovuto chiamare la reception per farci dire come arrivarci ed è uscita direttamente la receptionist in strada perché non sapeva darci indicazioni. Per quanto riguarda le stanze apparentemente sono molto belle ma con nessun servizio. Il frigo bar vuoto, la cucina con nemmeno una posata o una pentola piccola, la macchinetta del caffè senza nessuna capsula omaggio o a pagamento…. ma soprattutto in bagno non c’è l’asciuga capelli. Che dire carina ma con servizi ZERO!

Fantastic location steps away from Fenals Beach and a short walk to Lloret de Mar centre. The staff were all wonderful, very friendly and helpful. The suite/apartment is very big and furnished in grand style. Easy to see that it was a luxury 5 star hotel back in the day. The lobby area leads to spacious bedroom with lovely big double beds, huge tv, and generous balcony with furniture (ours overlooked the street/another hotel but it was fine and very private), bathroom with walk in shower, jacuzzi bath and patio doors also leading to the balcony which can be opened, separate WC. There is also a walk in closet which was a pleasant surprise. The bedroom also leads to a separate office/bar/kitchenette area. As it is so near the beach we only used the hotel pool once. It was clean and nice to swim in. The downsides were the numerous broken plug sockets in the room, some of which did not look safe. I think this would be a hazard if staying with young children. The balcony furniture is in desperate need of replacing, or at least re-covering the cushions. The carpet was ok but would be more hygienic if tiled. I would recommend this hotel if you don’t mind not everything being perfect, especially because of its location. It will be amazing with a bit of investment to restore it to its former glory.

From the moment we entered the hotel, we were treated and pampered 24/7. We received a tour at the hotel and it's great facilities: a pool, gym, spa, a kids club, a pool bar and a restaurant. The hotel staff is very professional and helpful. The room was huge and quiet. We received cleaning service twice a day as well as Molton Brown products. Breakfast is served by waiters , chosen from a very rich menu. The best hotel to rest and relax!!!

Almost no reason to leave! Staff was super-attentive, though it certainly helped that we timed it right: hotel was fairly empty, so they made sure we were happy. Kids loved the pool! Great kids club, too (Flora, who runs it, is a gem).

A lot of hotels claim to be "luxury" but this is one that can truly say it. Someone spent a large fortune making this hotel a five star gem. The staff is amazing, the rooms are great, and the bathrooms are world class. The only shortcoming is there is no real view. If you are looking for a Costa Brava experience that is rustic (up on a bluff overlooking the sea) this isn't it. But wow is it fancy! But the town is high rise hotels and condos and some casinos, yuk!

Шикарный отель! Все на самом высоком уровне! Очень хорошее расположение отеля! Сервис на высочайшем уровне! Великолепные номера! Лучший отель! Даже сложно все перечислять, так как все было прекрасно! Завтраки, кровати очень удобные, номера - все что нужно для отдыха и более, ужин с бабочками! Спасибо отелю за прекрасный отдых!

Having lived in the area for several years, rumours abound. mystery, secrecy and exclusivity. I tried it with my two teenage kids and it lived up to all rumours. Great weekend

Having travelled extensively around the world for business & pleasure, Alva Park is close to being the best hotel I have ever stayed at from every aspect - great service, fab room, excellent food & all u need to chill for as long as u wish. Well done to everybody there !

I have worked in the hotel industry for 30+years and travel extensively. Alva Park is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. From reservation all the way through to departure, the service was exceptional. Even though it is expensive, it has to be one of the best value for money stays we have experienced. Interior design throughout is world class and the "rooms" are indulgent. Don't hesitate...just book!!!
