I had booked the stay for my family. This lady was highly abusive and behaved violent. She never gave any check in instructions and gave us the property only by 6pm . When we requested for a early time she abused us in Spanish and was rude. Today I messaged her in the morning at 8:30 am to allow us a little late checkout. She threatened to take the police to the apartment and throw my wife and children out of the property. Spoke very inappropriately to me . Finally I had to agree with her for a checkout at 10:30 am as I was scared for my family. To my shock she has gone to the property tried to force one the door and banged on it at 9:00 am and asked my family to vacate the premises. They were all sleeping and were very sacred and disturbed by this unfortunate incident. I would like you to take a strict legal action on this host and request for a full refund for the same. This is a very disturbing experience we have had on Hotels.com

Maria made the stay special by making sure everything was the best it could be. Helpful and pleasant. Interesting rooms. Clean with very good hot water. Towels and bedding were new and soft. Location was central to everything I wanted to see. Restaurants all around.

Mentxu ha sido encantadora y el alojamiento excelente.

Ubicación muy bien. El baño y la cocina, aunque es compartido, estaba muy limpio. Lo peor del alojamiento han sido las llaves, estuvimos 40 minutos en la calle de noche porque la cerradura para acceder al portal estaba en mal estado. También estuvimos 10 minutos para abrir la segunda puerta de acceso al hostal.

Me gustó la situacion céntrica del hostil. Lo peor sin duda el trato de Menchu. Supongo que tendría el día malo, si no... Desagradable en el trato. Da cosas por supuestas que piensa que el cliente sabe y no tiene por qué saber. No tiene un buzón para dejar las llaves cuando el cliente se va...

El alojamiento es básicamente un piso antiguo que ha convertido cada estancia en 1 habitación pequeña, ruidosa y sin luz. Imposible descansar. Excesivamente cara para la oferta que da.

Not so much in the description that was right. No English and to connect to internet were impossible. Very noisy from the outside one night it stopped at 5 in the morning. Good thing is the location close to a lot of the sights

Do not stay here. Place had horrible customer service. I waited 4 hours for them to tell me they didn’t have my reservation I called orbitz and they were just as unhelpful they didn’t give me a refund after traveling for 15 hours to get to a hotel to be told we don’t have your reservation is horrible. I was on the phone with orbitz for another 2 hours for them to tell me oh yes we found your reservation go back to the hotel and check in NO thanks. Last time booking anything with orbitz if I could give out negative stars I would.

Un sitio con encanto para pasar unas noches.

Ist gut für jemand der den Trubel liebt,ist direkt in der Innenstadt.Das Haus ist sehr laut man hört jeden Mieter.Für mich einmal und nicht wieder.

Lo mejor del alojamiento ha sido su ubicación, y la hospitalidad de Menxtu. A mejorar las instalaciones, ya que el apartamento es antiguo y nos costó poder entrar ya que la cerradura estaba estropeada.

Un sitio muy agradable y todo bien

El piso es antiguo y por tanto no tiene ascensor pero es lo que tiene estar en pleno centro. La decoración esta hecha con mucho gusto y la cama super cómoda. El trato bastante voluble, tan pronto te echa en cara cosas como se desvive en alagos. Eché de menos el desayuno que estaba incluido, porque un cafe no es un desayuno.

Me gusto muchisimo porque estaba muy cerca de todo y sobretodo la tranquilidad de la zona

Sauber und ordentlich. Preis/Leistung okay. Zimmer hatte kein Fenster. Großer Durchlauf an Gästen. Wir wurden vom Personal massiv beschimpft und für Dinge beschuldigt die wir definitiv nicht getan haben. Erklären durften wir uns nicht wirklich. Nie wieder betrete ich diese Unterkunft.

Cuarto piso sin ascensor. Reservamos habitación triple con balcón y la habitación no tenía ni ventana, nada de ventilación. Baño compartido que no sabíamos porque durante la reserva esta información se omitió (este detalle no estaba disponible en la publicación).

Muy centrico y cerca de todo, el piso esta en un 4o sin ascensor, muy limpio y bien decorado, la habitacion pese a dar a la calle apena se oian ruidos.

ubicación esplendida! mal todas las habitaciones son interiores , oscuras y frias... el colchon y la cama malo no lo siguiente...
