This property should not be allowed to be in Expedia. The worst stay I’ve ever experienced. NO A/C, very very dirty. NO elevador and rooms are on the 4th and 5th floor. They said “primero” which ended being the 4th floor. Please please don’t stay here.

Buena ubicación. Sin aire acondicionado, solo un ventilador, alfombras muy viejas y sucias. Wifi solo en la recepcion y no funcionaba el ascensor. Tuve que subir y bajar por las escaleras mi valija.

Regardless of the mediocre reviews my friends and I stayed here for three nights. The place was accepted for the price and the common areas are nice. The issue I had was bed bugs! I should have known what to look for but I was naive. I saw a bug on the floor but I didn't know why it was and didn’t think much of if. Two days later I woke up with bites on my arm. My friends did not have any bites though. But anyways just check the beds people!

Run. Run as fast as you can. The photos entirely misrepresent this property. It was depressing, and the landlady was rude, unhelpful, and yelled at us. The words “scam” and “fraud” come to mind. Staying here would have ruined our trip, but once we saw it in person we refused to stay. The photos trick you into thinking it’s nice, when in reality it should be advertised as a one-star hostel.

First of all, there is no sign on the door for the reception and negligible signs on the street. We had to go up and down the stairs a couple of times. Luckily we found someone who was staying at the hotel and they showed us the way. It was annoying after a long day of travel. The hotel staff only accepts payment in cash. No information had been given before we arrived. So we asked to pay €200 (all we had on us) and pay the rest the day after. But the staff doesn’t speak English. At all. And insisted on us paying the whole amount up front. They were extremely condescending and rude and made no efffort to try to understand us. Eventually we were able to commicate via a very unwilling associate of the hotel and got to check in. The room was extremely basic. Only an absolutely minimal effort had been made in the furnishings. Which were worn down and almost worn out, though mostly functional. The only window in the room was kept closed and locked, so no fresh air. Except for in the bathroom where one window had broken and been replaced with a sheet of plastic. The water boiler was conveniently placed above the toilet, so it could drip water on us while using the toilet. No soap or shampoo was provided and the towels weren’t replaced half of our days there. Even with the window closed it was very noisy during the night. The common areas were also very worn down and not made much for comfort. Overall it’s the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Mostly because of the staff.

De hostel lijkt niet op de foto’s. Het was verschrikkelijk . De service was slecht. De eigenares was totaal niet behulpzaam. We hadden kamer zonder raam en helemaal donker. Op de foto’s ziet er anders uit. Verder is het een oud gebouw. De schoonmaaksters zijn de enige positieve. Heel vriendelijk en doen hun werk goed. Ik raad het echt af om naar dit hostel te gaan. Helaas was onze telefoon buiten gestolen, en konden we geen foto’s maken.
