The hotel is so well located, right in the heart of mirissa and with direct access to the beach. We would spend our days in the ocean and come right back to our room to change. We spent our evenings enjoying the sunset from the beachfront restaurant.

We returned for our 4 day Mirissa trip and stayed at Central Beach. The hospitality, atmosphere and comfort was wonderful during our last stay and once again, met our expectations. The restaurant has really good food, variety, fresh seafood, and kind, helpful staff. This hotel has a beautiful beachside location, is a walkable distance to stores, restaurants, a doctor and gift shops. We are definitely going to be repeat visitors.

We stayed in the ocean view room. The room was nice and the view was amazing. The staff was good. There is no daily house keeping, which was fine for us, they did ask of we needed any new towels or toilet paper. The location was great and overall it was a good experience. The food wasn’t the best. Also the music was super loud every night. We were able to sleep through it since we were exhausted, but it is something to be aware of. The other thing that really bummed us out was they had an adorable golden retriever locked in a cage and we only saw him out once in our multi day stay…why have the dog? Definitely made us sad to see him in there every day.

This is a good hotel situated right on the beach. The room had all the basic essentials. We stayed in a budget room. The walls were full of stains and the mosquito net smelled like it hadn't been washed in months. Budget should not mean the room is not maintained. We stayed 5 nights. The food was delicious, a bit overpriced for the serving size but we enjoyed the atmosphere of the restaurant. Over all, a pleasant stay, helpful and friendly staff. I wish I could give a higher rating, but there was no reason to walls of such a nice hotel should be in that bad condition.

Overall, the hotel was good. The staff was extremely friendly. We were late for our check-in and felt really bad about it, but the woman at check-in was totally understanding. Also, I had my clothes laundered while here, and that went incredibly smoothly. The rooms were a bit rundown, and the bathroom could have definitely been cleaner. (There was a massive wad of hair in the center of the bathroom when we arrived, so I am not sure how that was missed.) Also, the decorative throw pillows were gross and stained. I wish hotels would just do away with these pillows altogether. The location is great! It is in a lively area of Mirissa.

Stayed for 4 nights, first two in a budget room, that was a little to basic for us. Bathroom had ventilation where mosqitos got in and you couldn’t air con that space. Last two nights in a standard room, a lot better then the budget room. Reception was only opened during day, but the seemed to live upstairs so you could get a good of them anyway. Very helpful staff
