This hotel was horrible. When I checked the man at the front deck took me to my room on the second floor, only for the room to already to be occupied. He just went in and I saw luggage sitting on the floor. He was clueless. Had to go back down stairs, finally got a room. With in 5 mins of being in my room the biggest cockroach ran across my feet. The room smelled horrible of mild and moth balls. The next morning, there was NO hot water! Phone front desk 4 times still the problem wasn't solved, so I had a cold shower. I told them I was checking out at 6 am. Due to shower issues I was running shins. At 6:10 staff was trying to get in my room without knocking. I was using the toilet at the time. I yelled to go away. A few minutes later once I had my bags and was ready to go the staff member was waiting outside my room for me to open the door (I wasn't aware of this until I opened the door) he pushed me aside and went into my room with out me inviting him. Made me feel ver you safe as a female solo traveler. I would not waste your money at this hotel.

Great location, nice room, the only downside was the cockroaches coming from the shower.

Room is not as advertised in the picture. Avoid if possible. Worst accommodation we've stayed in sri lanka.

Nice enough hotel, bedding had hairs all over it when I checked in, but staff were very helpful and room clean enough

The room was occupied just before I checked in and the room was not cleaned in anyway. Bed was full of hair and dirt and room was muddy. Toilet was muddy and smelly as ever. When inquired the hotel about this, they hesitated to respond. Utterly bad service

It was an ok experience, it could have been a great experience if the rooms were cleaned daily.

There r friendly n kindly n helpful staffs. Price is so so. Can walk from the station takes about 10min, but its on a hill, might be hard to do it if with backpack or luggage. The view from share terrace is so nice. The room we stayed was the bottom one which has a fan, there was also air conditioning but doesnt work. didnt work wifi well...

AC worked well and comfortable room! Clean bathroom and room:) The hotel owner was very kind and helpful! Wifi works well! But a little bit small room.

It wasn't as expected, the photos of the room are not correct, i told the manager that i booked another room according to the pictures and he told me photos for advertisinn purposes only! And if i wamt the room i booked i need to pay extra.

very comfort rooms with big enough. location is good but need to be improve address and google map. staffs are most helpful mind especially Mr jasim. worth for money.

This hotel is easy to find late at night. The people are friendly an helpful for organizing taxis etc.... Room is small but has everything needed. The WIFI worked well. The location is good and quiet.

スタッフはある程度無関心でいてくれるので気を使わなくていいです。 何かあれば親身になってくれますし問題ないかと思います。 街中ですし近くにコンビニみたいなのもありますのでいいかと思います。

Our overall experience here was just okay. The staff was friendly and let us check in very early since our flight arrived in the morning. There is no restaurant or breakfast available here and the staff seemed surprised when we asked. It is close to both galle road and the water... but the "beach" is across a very busy road and a set of train tracks.

Cons: Internet not working in the room. Internet even in the lobby was basically useless. Room was dirty. Bugs in the room Television not working. Walls in room very dirty / unsightly. Hotel is located in an alley. No food at all in hotel. Exhaust fan cover in bathroom just laying on the floor. Room smells bad. Elevator does not work well. Pros: A roof over your head

No hot water in entire hotel ...Dirty sheets, dirty bathroom. Ocean view obscured by new construction. Comfy mattress

The room was inexpensive and clean. The wifi did not quite reach the top floor. When we asked, we were switched to a lower floor. The staff were very courteous and helpful.

a lousy hotel, don't even serve hot shower. when I check it with the hotel staff, the answer I got is “it's raining season, solar water heater doesn't work”

コロンボには数回出張で訪れていますが、今回初めて宿泊しました。ホテルは小さいですが、お部屋は清潔でスタッフも皆やさしい方達でとても気持ちよく過ごせました。スタッフはみな優しい方達です。値段わりに、冷蔵庫やポットがあったり、ベッドも十分な大きさで、施設は充実していると思います。シャワールームもきれいですが、給湯器が故障していてお湯が出なかったことが残念でした。それ以外は文句なし、コスパの高いお勧めホテルです。レセプションのスタッフに確認したところ、12月には改修が終わると話していたので次回も宿泊してみたいと思います。このホテルの同じ系列で、長期滞在出張者としては、値段が高いですが一度は泊まってみたい魅力的なタワーホテルもあります。

Very nice room and excellent service from everybody at front desk. Definitely a good value.
