今回、初めてで10日間滞在しました。
アーユルヴェーダのトリートメント、食事、環境、スタッフの皆さんの対応すべて素晴らしく、リラックスし楽しむことができました。
施術用のオイルが肌に合わなかったのですが、ドクターに相談すると次からは別のオイルに変更するなど、速やかに対応してくださりました。小さいことも何でも相談しやすいです。
日本語の堪能なスタッフもいて心強いです。また各スタッフの皆さんも細やかに気遣ってくださるので、困ったらすぐに助けてもらえてとてもありがたかったです。

とにかくスタッフの皆さんが親切で、ほとんどの方が笑顔で、快適に過ごすことができました。しかし、他の宿泊客に勝手に傘を持って行かれた際、フロントに別の傘を準備してくれるように連絡したのに、すぐに準備をしてくれないなど、多少の不満もありました。建物は老朽化が進んでいますが、宿泊中もリフォームしていました。また、滞在したいと思います。

The amazing place ever!!! It was my first time visiting there but due to Covid and country situation (which you shouldn’t worry about it all it’s all normal) guests were less than usual which was nice for me so I can relax more.
I really loved the place. Every single person ( Drs, therapists, cleaners, waiters, chefs, literary everyone!!!) were so nice, kind and smiling amazing hospitality with amazing view and authentic treatments!
Wifi was time to time not working but you should kind of do digital detox so for me it was good!
