Pearl City Hotel

Didn't get the welcome drink as mentioned in the booking. Room was neat and clean.

Good friendly staff and facilities. Also quiet area.

The room was what I would expect for the relatively low price of Rs. 8300 including breakfast. The air-conditioning was good. There was not too much noise considering the city location. The Maldivian breakfast was excellent.

Conveniently located rooms are small and bit run down since they where closed for so long with COVID, survived it with no major issues

I read the reviews so I knew what I was getting. Small room but cozy and the staff was very nice. Room service was great and the TV actually worked (a rarity in my experience in Sri Lanka)

When we arrived the reception area smelt damp as if the hotel had not been opened for a long time. The first room we were shown stank of cigarette smoke and the carpet was dirty as if not hovered in ages. They sprayed with airfreshner but it did not help. The second room was small with double bed pushed against one wall. Unfortunately a new building has been set up next door. I'm sure if I opened the bedroom window I would have been able to touch the next wall. The restaurant and swimming pool are in the sister hotel the Pearl Grand next door. We asked to move our booking there but the manager next door was not helpful. We left within an hour of checking in. At least the manager of Pearl City was polite and offered to pay our taxi to our new hotel. Even as a cheap hotel it is not clean to stay here and the staff not helpful.

It’s good but Hotel cleaness should be more better

We booked 2 rooms for our family. Room was ok but wifi is not working at all. All other things were just fine. The great advantage of staying in the hotel is can use their Pearl Grand freely.

It is good hotel but the bathroom is very narrow and conjusted - hard to get in!

We stayed there for sleep hence not much about it but it a nicely situated hotel.

Excellent staffs, great customer service, food was amazing

価格に対して快適度はよくなかったと思う。 隣の建物が建設中のため、（早朝や深夜時間帯でも）部屋の中でも工事音がうるさい。 建物内へ入ったとき、塗料か薬品のようなにおいが鼻についた。 予約済みにも関わらず、部屋にはいれるまで時間がかかった。

호텔 옆 건물 신축 중으로 새벽부터 공사 소음 발생됨

Liten restaurant med begrenset service. Frokost serveres på nabohotellet. OK.

Great hotel just in and Effing poo of a country

I enjoyed the breakfast and recommendations from the staff.
