Big hotel complex but very well run

Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer schon ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, aber sauber. Die Lage ist perfekt für den Besuch des Löwenfelsens.

Un grand bungalow impeccablement propre dans le quartier Royal Arbour, très calme, avec arbres, fontaine et bassin. Le personnel est très attentionné.

Jauka vieta, hotels ārēji izskatās labi. Taču nummuri un ēdināšana atbilst 3 zvaaigznēm. Nummuros vecas ēkas smaka...

Lovely hotel. Very peaceful. Staff very friendly. Need more loungers at the pool. And walkways very slippy after rain.

The stay at Sigiriya Village was the highlight of our Sri Lanka visit. Design by Bawa, a famous architectural family, the grounds and facilities are stunning. Entering the space, we felt instantly calm. The staff was so kind and helpful. There were elegant and beautiful massage facilities and I strongly recommend a massage. The food was delicious, the setting perfect, looking at the Lion Rock.

Buffet variety , things like muesli. , gluten green items , explanation of how the tv work. More wine by the glass

No maintenence. Threadbare towels roads to villa toond full of pothokes and slippery due to moss and uneven surface

Sigiriya Village is a beautiful place with a splendid view. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. However, the hotel is very large with many guests, which could feel a bit overwhelming, and the breakfast was rather average

Review for Sigiriya Village Hotel – Sigiriya, Sri Lanka I recently stayed at Sigiriya Village Hotel, and overall, it was a pleasant and memorable experience. The room was comfortable, and the stay itself was enjoyable. Breakfast was a highlight — fresh, tasty, and with a good variety of options. The Sri Lankan rice and curries I ordered during my stay were also delicious and full of flavour. That said, there were a couple of maintenance issues in the room, which I have already shared directly with Krishanth and the front desk. Above the ceiling fan, the paint on the ceiling had peeled off and had fallen directly onto the bed — not ideal, and potentially unpleasant if a child or family member had been sleeping there. The bathroom tap was quite loose, and there was a strong smell coming from the toilet/basin area that could use attention. My main disappointment was with one à la carte dinner. I waited almost an hour for my meal, and it took some time to find a staff member to check on the order. When the food arrived, there were two issues: • The nasi goreng did not resemble or taste like nasi goreng — it was pale, lacked the typical sauce, and was flavourless. • The Jaffna prawn curry appeared to have been made with cold-water prawns in a yellowish coconut butter, which was quite different from what I was expecting. I had anticipated at least tiger prawns (or an equivalent) in a darker, reddish, richly spiced sauce. At first, no one was available to address the complaint

あの場所にあるからあの設備でや清潔感で大満足！ シーギリヤロックをバックにプールなどロケーションは最高だった。 シャワーが壊れていたが、直ぐに修理もしてくれた。 バスタブが無いのが残念だが、しょうがない。 シーギリヤロックに朝1番に登って、その後の朝食からのプールでクールダウンも最高でした。

The hotel needs an upgrade very badly. The staff and food was excellent. It”s such a beautiful location and an extremely perfect asset for a big improvement in infrastructure. Please make sure the hotel is upgraded/refurbished.

It was great stay my first day in Sri Lanka.Cottage type room are very quite and calm. Around my room are many peacock and other birds. When we reach at hotel’s pool side, we can see great Sea Sigiriya Rock.Very comfortable hotel!

This is a beautiful property with spacious rooms that make you feel like you are living in a lush green space. Clean rooms, nice space to work, comfortable bed. The only small complaint I have is the internet was a little slow, video calls for work were blurry, but it worked! Breakfast buffet was really good with lots of options. Bar was pretty pricy but it was nice. The pool was also a welcome amenity after hiking. Would definitely recommend.
