Service: 5/5 - Fantastic. Right from the start Prasanna was hugely welcoming and couldn’t do enough to help. He didn’t try to sell any additional services or tours etc. but was available anytime we needed assistance - even arranging Tuk Tuk journeys when we were elsewhere to come and pick us up and not be scammed by some others that were waiting to take advantage. Value: 5/5 - Excellent value for money. The hotel is small and has great modern decor. Breakfast which is served downstairs was beautiful, with a great selection of fruit, toast and tea/coffee made to order. Cleanliness: 5/5 - Spotless. Amenities: 5/5 - The location is great, being right on the beach with an ocean view and there are a range of places to eat around you. If you are just arriving, ask to be taken to or look for the Hot Rock Restaurant and the hotel is opposite - above the Burger and Ice Cream shop. The Wifi worked well.
