The staff were very friendly and super helpful. I forgot the reception man’s name but he spoke with respect and was very hospitable. The rooms are average but I will stay here again
The man in reception works the night shift, he deserves a bonus for his customer service! Top man I hope he sees this review and feels proud for the work he’s done

I liked the location. The pool and the gym in the rooftop.
But the hotel is very bad, dirty no toilteries and no hand towel and after my requests they gave me floor towel.
The breakfast buffet is poor no variety, very few dishes.

Excellent breakfast buffet with clean room located fairly central.
Only downfall was I was being charged for a full day for late check out despite confirming late check out time with staff the day before with no additional costs. I’m not happy with their aggressive behaviour and had I known a charge was added I would not have stayed.

Das Hotel war toll, auch wenn der Pool schon etwas herunter gekommen war, aber das ist eben Oman :) Das Zimmer war sauber und sehr groß, sogar mit Küche. Leider war es etwas dunkel, aber dafür auch nie zu warm :) Es gab sogar eine Waschmaschine! Das Frühstück war auch sehr lecker und für Oman vielfältig.
