La mejor opción de hotel en Mascate sin duda, está ubicado en la mejor zona justo a un lado de la Ópera, el hotel es moderno, amplio, lindo, con acceso a la playa. El personal es extremadamente amable, las amenidades son excelentes. Tiene varios restaurantes deliciosos, el buffet de desayuno es variado y súper bueno. Estuvimos en Navidad y nos dieron regalos y muchas cortesías. Excelente hotel en todos los aspectos.

Rooms were spacious and housekeeping team were really good!! Pool was amazing and the breakfast there was very good with a large variety of food. Close to popular attractions. Highly recommend.

While the hotel itself is stunning don’t let the flashy facade fool you. A 5* hotel with a 3* service. This is a party hotel! Each area of the hotel has no idea who their target audience is! POOL Looks fantastic, unfortunately it’s cold. Whoever thought polished tiles next to a pool was a good idea, has clearly never walked here with wet feet. Absolutely lethal! However the painful rubber mats at the water edge are just the perfect “temporary” fix. ROOM Looks fantastic, bed is superb…. Once again polished marble floors in the bathroom and shower that would give an ice rink a run for its money. FOOD The food itself is excellent a compliment to each and every chef. However if you choose half board you’ll get access to a reduced menu (extremely reduced). The restaurants impose a “smart casual” rule. Open toed sandals not allowed UNLESS……. you’re wearing a Candora, or you push past the receptionist. However it’s okay to go in your gym clothes and shorts. One rule for one and one for another. Slow food service in all restaurants the top winner was 2 hours for a full service. Harvester (breakfast and lunch) - good buffet breakfast - plenty of options all round excellent Char (lunch and dinner) - extremely limited menu on half board - small portions - no vegetarian option available on the day we went. (They only have one option “roast butternut squash”) a substitute was offered off the full menu (one option only, mushroom gnocchi) Buddha bar (lunch

Un vero 5 stelle, a partire dalla estrema qualita' del servizio: il personale e' molto professionale e attento al cliente. Colazione davvero sorprendente e con prodotti di ottima qualità. La struttura è fantastica ed ogni particolare è studiato per rendere l'esperienza unica! Piscina TOP con servizio bar super efficiente. La reception ci ha offerto un Upgrade della camera, proprio di fronte al mare! Una sorpresa davvero piacevole e gradita! I profumi utilizzati nella hall e nelle camere hanno valorizzato il soggiorno da sogno da mille e una notte, in questa splendida struttura, di fronte a Qurum beach. Grazie a tutto il personale per averci coccolati

I had an exceptional stay at the W Muscat. The staff were outstanding—warm, attentive, and consistently going above and beyond to make the experience memorable. The service throughout the hotel was excellent, and every interaction felt genuinely thoughtful. The rooms were spotless, modern, and very well maintained, offering both comfort and style. The food across the hotel was consistently impressive, with great variety and high quality. One of the highlights is the location: a beautiful, clean, and very walkable area surrounded by cultural spots and places to explore. Whether you’re interested in food, arts, or a relaxing walk by the coast, everything is easily within reach. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Muscat.

This hotel has 5*luxury but fails on so many other factors. Limited half board options. In Char only 1 option for vegetarians which wasn't even available on one evening. NOISE! No consideration for hotel guests. More interested in the 'vibe'. Events in the hotel until 3am which prohibited us from using the restaurant. NOISE around the pool. If you want a relaxing hoilday this is NOT the hotel to book.

Hotel ist in Muscat gut gelegen. In 15-20 Minuten ist fast alles erreichbar. Ambience ist wirklich cool und die Skybar top. Musik läuft immer und überall inkl. live DJ-Performance am Pool oder in der Skybar. Donnerstags ist jeweils Clubbing in der Skybar angesagt (Achtung! Bis Freitag 3am ist schlafen im gesamten Hotel anspruchsvoll). Strand ist bescheiden, Pool top. Zimmer haben alle Strandblick und sind modern, geschmackvoll und funktional eingerichtet.
