Bra och fint rum. Men en del missinformation... Rum 408 ligger inte på tredje våningen... I övrigt är jag supernöjd!

Die Unterkunft war sehr ruhig, hell und sauber. Auch die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet. Alles, was man für einen längeren Aufenthalt so braucht. Da es kein Personal vor Ort gibt, wird alles per E-Mail oder Telefon geklärt. Das Personal hat aber schnell auf meine E-Mails geantwortet und war super unterstützend. Ich komme gerne wieder. :-)

For the price, it's was great. Exactly what I needed for 1 night. No complaints. Very easy check in, they email the door code in advance, and give all the details of getting the key. the key collection box was very cool! The room was clean, bedding and linen provided. Really spacious apparently. Not too far from the train and bus station. Only one minor issue is you can hear the other people's doors shutting and its quite loud, a few times I thought it was my door, but i felt pretty safe and secure. Bed was comfortable but nothing extraordinary. Like I said, for the price it was really great value

Et rigtigt dejligt sted med alt, hvad man har brug for til et ophold. Lejligheden var fint indrettet, og ingen lyde forstyrrede. Fantastisk til prisen. Glæder mig til at komme tilbage.

Original hotel booked through this platform wasn't a hotel and I wasnt able to check in, so Hotels.com rebooked me to this hostel - which obviously isn't a hotel so you share (dirty) toilets and moulded showers with no shampoo or soap. I arrived soaking wet and it was not possible to dry shoes or clothes anywhere as staff left the building in the evening. Good place for travellers looking for a cheap bed in central Malmø, but far from what I booked at hotels.com originally.

Enkelt, men enligt förväntan med det låga priset. Saknades dock tvål i badrum och dusch vid båda tillfällena, inget man släpar med sig, så det är snålt om man inte kan bjuda på det. Extremt sparsmakat i övrigt med, men kanske enligt förväntan. Trevligt område men långt till kommunikation.

Så himla bra upplevelse ger 10/10 älskar allt, personalen jätte trevliga och hjälpsamma. Allting var så så himla bra. Det ENDA som var mindre bra är att det var silverfiskar lite överallt som dök oftast upp på kvällarna, både stora och små och så väldigt dammigt under sängen. Annars så himla bra upplevelse, så tacksam för allting!

Incheckningskoden till nyckelboxen fungerade inte. Lång telefonkö till kundservice. Fick felaktig kod igen. När jag skulle checka ut var även denna koden felaktig så jag kunde inte lämna tillbaka nyckeln. Mycket strul och väldigt tidskrävande. Jättemissnöjd! Men boendet var fint och enligt beskrivning.

Allt var bra förutom att wifit och tvn inte fungerade överhuvudtaget. Det påverkade mkt då jag planerat att se ett spec liveprogram. Alltid krångligt med när wifit inte fungerar.

Bra ,fräscht och lugnt boende, Incheckning via kod (obemannat). Gick bra. Parkering i samma hus.

There was no soap provided—how are travelers supposed to clean up? It’s a basic necessity. Even charging an extra $2 or $3 would be fine, but it should be included. Otherwise, it’s very inconvenient for guests.

A bit cumbersome to get the keys, so in had to get in touch with the support. Glad their emergency line was manned at the late hour, otherwise it’s be difficult to find my way in. Please note that their automated menu is in Swedish, and this is where you have to choose to be connected to the emergency line. I had not received a code to get in through the main entrance, and there were no instructions on where to find the apartment (there are some ground floor apartments outside of the main entrance. I also had a dirty towel in my apartment, but there was another clean one to pick instead. The toilet paper holder was glued on place, so that broke. Furthermore, it is placed way too close to the toilet seat for it to be hygienic not to discard the roll and start fresh (especially if someone has done their deeds standing up). All in all, however, I enjoyed my stay. It’s nice to stay at an apartment where one can cook instead of a hotel.

Unusually late check-in time (after 17:00) and early check-out (before 10 am.). One way communication, no reply on my e-mail. Studio is on the ground level with entrance directly from the street. This is not mentioned in the room spec presented on the hotels.com webpage. Pictures for this room are not showing this either. If I had known this I would've taken another hotel. Apparently due to being located on the ground level room temperature (during cold season) is lower than what is needed to feel comfortable. For the same reason windows are partly covered with a film, which makes the room less light friendly. Additionally, windows are in a shadow of the near standing building across the street. The room is spacious enough for one person. Furniture is practical. Kitchen is equipped with the needed kitchenware. Wi-Fi connection instruction is like reading a detective book. Needs some simplification. Shower room needs some thorough cleaning - there are signs of mold there. Guests are instructed that they need to clean before they leave the apartment, even though "departure cleaning" is included. Additionally, guests are warned that they will be charged of at least extra 350 sek (excl. taxes) if the departure checklist is not fulfilled. Summary - not a pleasant experience, disappointed.
