Pessimo hotel, con nessuna attenzione all’ospite: avevo chiesto una stanza calma ed all’ultimo piano e mi hanno dato una stanza al primo piano di fronte ad una strada rumorosa. L’alternativa era una stanza attigua all’ascensore.

Fick tyvärr ett tråkigt rum, drog man ifrån gardinerna hade frukostgästerna full insyn i rummet…

Check in was smooth but sadly breakfast with is no longer included in the price but an expensive £24 each. The rooms are already expensive enough for what they are. Check out perfunctory. Bar/restaurant staff were utterly charming and super efficient a sharp contrast to reception.

Very nice hotel. Not a cupboard or frige at the room

Hôtel très bien placé à 5 minutes de la station de métro T-CENTRALEN. Le petit déjeuner était bien. C'est dommage qu'il n'y ait pas eu de salade de fruits, seulement du melon et des pommes. La chambre était spacieuse. Impossible d'ouvrir la fenêtre pour aérer chaque matin. N'oubliez pas de prévenir à l'accueil que vous souhaitez que la chambre soit faite chaque jour. Les femmes de ménage sont sympas. Il n'y a pas de placard et d'armoire pour ranger les vêtements et les affaires. Il y a quelques porte-manteaux et les vêtements doivent être suspendus à la vue de tout le monde. Pour un 4 étoiles, je n'ai pas trouvé cela très bien ! Vous pouvez vous rendre à la gare pour prendre l'Arlanda Express par la station T-CENTRALEN. Ce train express vous déposera à l'aéroport en 18 minutes.

For the price this is a really nice Hotel in a nice area with most of the tourist attractions walkable. From landing to getting the Arlands express train and walking from Stockholm Central to the Nordic Klara everything went like clockwork. The Hotel is a no fuss, clean and contemporary place to stay. Order breakfast at least. It is served in a really nice Courtyard and has everything you need from a serve yourself buffet menu. The Hotel is in a nice area of a beautiful City.

Centraal gelegen, dichtbij Centraal station, metro- en bushaltes. Ook ideaal om van hieruit Stockholm te voet te ontdekken. Bijzonder restaurant in het atrium. Schone kamers, goed sanitair en goede bedden.

Buffet breakfast good. One thing I wish I had known earlier is just across the street, there is an incredible basement deli. Hotel was fine. Room was good. Very quiet. Thought it was a good value and glad I stayed there

Très bon hôtel pour découvrir Stockholm. Localisation pratique, hôtel calme malgré la localisation dans le quartier très commerçant. Chambre très confortable, propre et calme (chambre avec vue sur la rue en cul de sac): literie, salle de bain (frigo très peu profond par contre, de la profondeur d'une cannette uniquement). Petit déjeuner très bon avec grand choix salé ou sucré (penser à réserver son créneau horaire à l'avance en arrivant car l'hôtel est trop grand pour la capacité de la salle de restaurant aux heures de pointe)

I stayed in a single room for a couple of nights. Besides of the small space in a room you can find everything you need even iron board, coffee/tea pot , two pillows and shoehorn . Location is great. I would stay in this hotel again.

The staff here need a Biiiig training on Customer Service and hospitality. Or warned that their service is very third worldish before arriving. Spend your money somewhere else. The rooms are super tiny and definitely not worth the price. The area feels like you’re in skid row in Los Angeles

Great place

Super Hotel. Neue und sehr ruhige Zimmer (bei uns zum Innenhof) und genial gelegen in der Innenstadt. Man kann alles zu Fuß erledigen. Wir kommen wieder.

This is a centrally located hotel right in the busiest parts of Stockholm. It is 2-3 blocks from major tram, metro and bus lines. The staff are very pleasant. The breakfast has a large selection of foods from cold cuts, to meatballs, mini sausages scrambled and hard boiled eggs. There are 5-6 varieties of bread and croissant, jams, yogurt, juice, tea and coffee. Though I really found the espresso and the filter coffee very weak. The room was comfortable but smaller than the rooms I had at the two other Scandics in which I stayed. The bathroom was also lacking in counter space and the shower was a bit tight, but the room never felt small nor cramped. The room ventilation and AC worked extremely well.

Var der fredag til søndag på konsert. Kom veldig tidlig på fredagen og fikk sjekket inn tidligere enn forventet fordi de hadde et ledig rom. Utmerket service. Renslige rom og god frokost. Lydtette rom.

Everything was great, from the front desk, room, breakfast, the staff were very friendly, polite and helpful!!!
