Wonderful Property. The rooms were small and the doors heavy. Heavy doors were a bit loud from other guests. I'd happily stay again.

Highly convenient and walkable location. I enjoyed the cleanliness of the hotel and the staff were wonderful. Rooms were on the smaller side, and the shower area was exposed in the corner of the room. There is only about 1ft of space between the bed and the shower. Maneuvering around the room with my luggage was challenging. Luckily we didn’t spend too much time in the room, as we were exploring for our entire stay. If I were to visit again, I would stay here, but maybe in a bigger room. I also did want to mention that the area was somewhat sketchy late at night. But I did not feel “unsafe”.

Ich hatte einen höheren Tarif gewählt um ein etwas grösseres Zimmer zu erhalten. Ich weiss nicht wie die günstigere Variante gewesen wäre, aber wahrscheinlich hätte man sich da gar nicht mehr bewegen können, so klein war das Zimmer. Das Zimmer ist in einem sehr renovierungsbedürftigen Zustand. Es gibt kein Badezimmer nur eine kaum zu öffnende Tür zur Toilette und eine Dusche die mit Schimmel und einem kaputten Fussboden zu betreten ist. Schweizerstandart? wirklich nicht erfüllt. Dass das Hotel an einem nicht gerade Vorteilhaften Ort ist, ist wohl bekannt. Freundlichkeit ist auch nur ein Wort.... Positiv ist die Qualität des Bettes. Ich komme nicht mehr.

The staff were really helpful, and the location and price were good for Geneva.

The rooms are small, but clean. The downstairs pool/sauna area was great. Location is very close to old town and the lake, about 10 min walk. Staff were incredibly nice.

El personal fue amable y el spa muy cómodo

Le seul point vraiment positif lors de mon séjour de 3 jours dans cet hôtel est son emplacement qui se trouve non loin des gares ferroviaire et autoroutière ainsi que de la vieille ville. Les chambres sont vraiment très petites avec le lavabo près du lit, aucune intimité quand quelqu'un se douche car vitre transparente, porte des wc qui ne se ferme pas car poignée cassée et surtout des femmes de ménage qui bloquent l'ascenseur pendant leur service ce qui nous oblige à prendre les escaliers en journée. Les personnes à l'accueil sont toutefois très gentilles et à l'écoute. Je recommande pour les couples mais pas pour les familles.

Très bel hôtel et très belle chambre ! Petit bémol, à notre arrivée dans la chambre il n'y avait qu'un seul jeu de serviettes de bain, alors que nous étions deux sur la réservation. Quand le ménage a été fait cela a été corrigé. Le petit déjeuner est très bon et assez varié. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est pratique, situé à proximité de la gare et des quais mais le quartier où se trouve l'hôtel est particulier et pas très sûr en soirée. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour

Very Good

The room was very small even though I booked for a double room, the walls were dirty. Apparently there are sound proof rooms but the hotel was extremely loud the cleaners are banging and slamming doors from quite early on. The area is not the best there are prositutes directly opposite and a flock of shops where men stand outside, so quite intimidating if you’re a solo female traveller. Took a £200 deposit, entered the room and the kettle was broken and it wasn’t the cleanest place. At check out I wanted to make sure my deposit was returned in full and was told this wasn’t possible and no one could check the room, I asked for the manager and she came over was very polite and helpful and went on and checked the room and released my deposit.

Le stanze al primo impatto sembrano molto belle ma poi le rifiniture sono scadenti e tappeto e muri con macchie. Anche in doccia la porta non si chiudeva e l acqua non aveva pressione.

The room was beautiful and clean

Our experience was unfortunately very disappointing. The problems started at checkin. our card didn’t work for the deposit, and instead of offering an alternative or explaining where we could withdraw cash, we were simply told that we couldn’t stay without a deposit. We also received no information at all. Not about where our room was located, nor about the spa or other facilities. Breakfast was neither offered nor mentioned at checkin, which was also disappointing. The room was equally disappointing: very small, dirty, and uninviting. The floor was dirty, the lighting was very dim, and overall everything looked poorly maintained. At night, there was no light in the staircase, which was both unpleasant and unsafe. The staff appeared unmotivated and unfriendly. During checkout, the deposit of 200 CHF was not mentioned at all we only received it back after asking about it. When we left our luggage there to visit a nearby thermal bath and politely asked for a towel (which we would have returned), our request was refused. When we came back to pick up our luggage, the staff again were unfriendly no “goodbye” or “thank you.” Overall, not a hotel we would recommend.
