The hotel is close to clock tower and square. Very loud noise from drunk people and clock tolls every hours. Reception is not friendly.

WiFi was terrible constantly cutting out. Tv didn’t work. Staff wasn’t helpful.

Great room and lovely staff. Plenty of coffee and very peaceful stay

The room was well appointed with just about balcony view of the river. However, the overall appearance of the hotel is all a bit low key, check in is at the nearby Krone hotel and the entrance to magic is very underwhelming. The room was a bit tacky, but functional for a short break

Firstly the positives. Location is perfect, right in the heart of the Old Town and within walking distance of everything. The staff were all very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The room was spacious but could definitely do with some improvements and upgrades. The room felt a bit dark and limited natural light, there was no main light in our room only lamps which was a bit strange. The fridge didn’t work. A couple of the mirrors in the room were cracked and could do with replacing. The room just felt a bit basic and dull, no character. The bed was extremely squeaky every time we moved and it felt a bit wobbly. The bathroom was a good size but the shower is very low down which wasn’t ideal as a tall person! On the plus side the room was very clean. Unfortunately we couldn’t have the window open for long as people smoking in the alley below meant the smoke came into our room! Although this can’t be helped by the hotel. The room was very warm with no thermostat to change the temperature. Check in is in a different hotel around the corner which is a bit annoying when walking around with luggage. If you could drop your room key into a box in the hotel without having to check out in the other one that would be good? Overall, a reasonable hotel in a perfect location. Nothing special but good for the price paid. Pretty basic, could do with some redecoration but did the job for a one night stay!

Condition ok. I wouldn’t stay there the next time.

Was disappointed I didn’t get the room near near the river however was “upgraded” to hotel nearby which was bigger (plaza view). Great location!

The unit was very clean and everything work as it should. They only problem was that all the cigarette smoke comes in the building from people who use to smoke at the entrance. Second, if you are planning to wake up a little late the housekeepers will wake you up, doing their job very loud at 7am.

The room was disgusting, trashy, had a mirror above the bed and was covered in hearts. I booked a normal room and got that. They wouldn’t even refund me my entire amount. Planning to write a strong email

Good experience for the budget. The room was large and the location was convenient.

The main positive for this hotel is it's in a great location. However, that location can also be very loud, especially at night. We stayed in the Mystic room and while it's big enough from front to back there is very little to get into and out of the bed. The bathroom was fine. Check-in is at a different hotel which was a bit weird.

Room was clean but not very exciting. You have to be very careful while you get up from the bed, otherwise you may get hurt with the wall.There was no balcony, so no mountain view. Evening receptionist Lady was very helpful. Location is good.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es war sehr praktisch, dass ein Valet-Parking-Service angeboten wurde. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und die Wellness-Badewanne im Zimmer sehr nett. Allerdings war das Badezimmer selbst ziemlich klein. Die Einrichtungen im Zimmer und Bad könnten eine Renovierung gut vertragen. Wir haben eine Lüftungsanlage (Klimaanlage oder Ventilator) im Zimmer vermisst. Man konnte nur durch geöffnete Fenstern lüften, was beim regnerischen Wetter unpraktisch war. Das Zimmer war etwas hellhörig. Auch die Tatsache, dass die Rezeption in einem anderen Hotel ist, war weniger praktisch, obwohl die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft der Mitarbeiter dies kompensiert hat. Die Lage im historischen Zentrum ist einmalig.

Room right in the heart of everything. Getting there was really confusing even with the proper hotel check in location. GPS would not show driivng on the cobblestone. Got lucky enough to get the one room with a balcony as well.
