Beautiful apartment. Lovely spa and decent gym. Really supportive staff. Great location. Right on the high street in the new village. Great restaurants and shops and wine bar. A ten minute walk to the gondola / train station and old town.

We stayed in Andermatt for a hiking trip and booked an apartment. The location was quite good, and the place itself was clean. There was also a huge underground garage, though the parking fees were extremely expensive.
The kitchen was poorly equipped – just about enough for one simple dinner on our first night, but definitely not suitable for cooking during a longer stay.
The absolute worst part was the bed. It wasn’t even a real bed, just a pull-out sofa. It squeaked terribly and was so uncomfortable that I barely managed to sleep two hours. The second night, we had to take the mattress off the sofa and put it on the floor. That stopped the squeaking, but the sleep quality was still awful. At one point, I was seriously considering leaving in the middle of the night and checking into the Radisson next door.
Never again.

We stayed in Haus Fuchs (2nd floor) and were unfortunately disappointed. The apartment is modern, but very dark with no mountain views – only facing the inner courtyard and the neighboring unit.
Cleanliness was below expectations, with hairs in the shower. Only two water glasses were provided, the rest seemed missing. A child’s chair, which had been confirmed by phone in advance, was not available upon arrival.
The bed was also uncomfortable, as the mattress was wider than the frame, leaving one side slanted.
Signage in the complex, especially for check-in, could be improved, and the waste area in the garage was only found after asking.
On the positive side, the overall complex is new and modern, and we would consider returning – but definitely in a different apartment. The property earns its “Alpine” name only through its location, as the apartment itself lacked mountain charm. Overall, we expected more for the price we paid.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The space itself was clean, modern, and very comfortable - perfect for relaxing after a day out. Everything was well-maintained and thoughtfully arranged, making it feel like a home away from home.
The apartment is surrounded by beautiful scenery, fresh air and peaceful sounds of nature. I highly recommend this place for everyone looking for a peaceful retreat!

The apartment itself was very nice. Everything was very clean, there were dining options nearby, check-in was easy. At first I found the area confusing to navigate but once I figured out where things were it was actually quite straightforward. It is difficult to drive there since it is quite new and the GPS does not give accurate directions. The location is also not ideal. It is not very easy or convenient to walk to downtown Andermatt. It was a quick walk (7-10 mins) to the train station which was nice (although had to sort out the directions on your own because the map/GPS is nowhere near accurate with the construction going on).
