L’hôtel est bien situé, moderne et globalement propre. Possibilité d’arriver dans la nuit. Salle de sport à disposition. Hôtel sécurisé. Personnel agréable. Chambre assez petite, parking également petit mais nous avons eu de la place sans réservation préalable. Un peu bruyant le matin mais comme de partout. Chambre propre mais peut l’être encore plus. Sinon hôtel très bien.

Was a good room & good location

Great location close to the station and the lake. Nice clean rooms. Helpful staff. Only problem was the ac was noisy.

The phrase “roughing it” comes to mind. The location is close to the train station, but the actual rooms and furnishings are pretty worn, don’t expect it to look like the pictures. For the price, it definitely isn’t up to standard. The staff was nice, but the hotel is really dated. Cleanliness was not up to standard and furniture/bedding/linens was worn and in some instances stained and the floor didn’t seem clean either. It’s also in a slightly run-down area, and then the door lock was loose/falling off. We ended up only staying one night and moved to a different hotel because we were super uncomfortable and the room didn’t look like the pictures. They refused to refund the unused nights on our reservation, but even so it was worth changing hotels to have a nice clean and safe place to come back to. I’d recommend to stay somewhere else.

Straight forward city hotel minimal in house facilities. Great for station and airport. Travel pass unexpected bonus.

Everyone was very inviting and the gym facilities and sauna were both great!

O quarto tinha um espaço razoável, o banheiro era um pouco pequeno e com ducha, não tinha chuveiro. O hotel tem boas condições, o café da manhã paga a parte mas não achei que o preço faz jus ao que é ofertado…

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. It was very quiet - I hardly heard anything from within or outside the hotel. The room was a good size with plenty of wardrobe space. The bathroom was an OK size with good shelf space. The staff were fairly friendly and professional. Breakfast was very nice with a good continental selection. There were good eating options nearby. Also there were supermarkets, souvenier and other shops on the main road. The property is about a 5-10 minute walk from the train station and a 10 minute walk to the lake. There is a tram station nearby which goes to the UN headquarters or into the centre of town.

Staff were very helpful and friendly.

It was a nice hotel

Fiquei apenas 1 noite no hotel. A recepção funciona apenas entre as 7 e 23h. No dia do checkout, precisei sair antes do horário de funcionamento da recepção, eles retiraram minha bagagem do quarto e guardaram para eu pegar na volta. Foram super atenciosos! O quarto para 1 pessoa é super pequeno. Se vocês não se incomodar, vai gostar do hotel. O hotel é próximo a estação geneve.

The room was good. However, receptionist staff are not very friendly and quite rude. Not the hospitality that I was expecting. This an area that they need to work on based their attitude and how they treat guests. I guess you shouldn't expect anything more considering that this is not a high-end hotel. I have high expectation as an American tourist.

Positives: Good location, very near the train station and northern side of Geneva with lots of restaurants and the lively part of the city. Easy 10-15 minute walk to old town. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Geneva is a wonderful city. Comfortable bed. Air conditioning.

Zentral gelegenes Design-Hotel mit sehr gutem Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis für einen Städtetrip nach Genf. Das Hotel befindet sich in einer Seitenstraße was es etwas ruhiger macht und bietet eine direkt an das Hotel angebundene Parkgarage. Die Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ist sehr gut, alle von uns benutzten Linien sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Das Hotel ist sehr modern und stilvoll eingerichtet und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und hat uns kompetent über die Parksituation aufgeklärt und auf aktuelle Veranstaltungen hingewiesen. Das von uns gebuchte Doppelzimmer war geräumig und wie der Rest des Hotels sehr sauber. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war angemessen und die Qualität gut.

Good hotel within walking of the railway station which is convenient. The hotel sent me a link for free city transport before arriving which allowed me to go for free from the airport to the central station. The hotel is as well within walking distance from the lake and the cafes by the lake. I liked that I could open the window in the room and have fresh air which is not always possible. One morning I bought breakfast which was below standard and not worth paying for.

Lovely hotel , lovely welcome on arrival , breakfast was really good too, location good for getting onto city . Another lady on the desk wasn’t very helpful re car parking. We arrived late and wanted to explore the area. Thankfully the lady that welcomed us , was still very kind and asked us about our day in Geneva .
