お部屋は全ての設備が清潔感があり綺麗でした。トイレやシャワーの水圧も完璧で、よくホテルで起こる水圧や水温調節で苦労することなく、快適に過ごせました。 ホテルには電子レンジや電気ケトル、洗濯機なども無料で完備されておりとても助かりました。 また、駅からの道は坂道になるため重い荷物を運ぶ事になると考えていましたが、とても親切なスタッフの方に駅まで送り迎えをして頂き、荷物もひとつひとつ丁寧に扱っていただきとても感謝しています。 一泊だけの滞在であっという間だったので、次サン・モリッツへ行く際には連泊してまた利用させていただきたいと思います！

The staff , front desk check in, the service ,and restaurant was impeccable!! Great service!! Was picked up and dropped off at train station, and it was all a very nice experience. The staff was kind, helpful, and went out of their way to answer any questions! Give them a 10 star rating !!

Tudo otimo , hotel fica na rua central e bem quentinho. e nos ofereceram transfer van pra estacao sem cobrar. Pagamos cafe que era bem completo.

El Hotel es acogedor, bonito, buen desayuno, atención, sin embargo, es lejos de la estación de tren vs. lo que informa en hoteles.com. dice 400 mts y son en realidad diria kilometro largo. El hotel cuenta con un shuttle pero hasta 6.30 pm, si llegas despues, como suelen llegar los trenes de la tarde - noche toca coger bus que ya en la tarde -noche deja a mitad de camino.

Centrally located. There is a free shuttle to and from train station. We didn’t realize upon our arrival and ended up on a steep incline walk up to the hotel. I didn’t the shuttle option when booking so be aware. It’s a great service as the town is all hills. Easy to walk through the city center from hotel which was clean and comfortable.

Lovely experience. First of all: it's the people. the gentleman on the desk was really kind and covered everything well at check in, which was nice as I was arriving late. Others will criticise that it's an older building, but it actually has character and a quirkiness and an authenticity . If you want a chain hotel generic 4 to 5 star experience, then go elsewhere. this actually seemed what I would have thought of as Swiss experience.. The Downsides: The room was small, but you get what you pay for and it was really all I wanted. Breakfast could have been a little more imaginative and a bit more modern - - - but it was only CHF 15. I think in most places an option on Low fat milk would be nice. Scrambled eggs were overdone (but hard to get right anywhere unless cooked from start,) and the tureen was very very oddly placed in the room. Pet peeve, the Orangejuice tasted like "concentrated Orange Juice:, whereas I think most people would expect "not from concentrate". Everything was scrupulously clean, if older, and a nice redevelopment effort within the confines of the building, though I'm not sure I'd have used the log like coffee tables in the room which are more like an obstruction to trip over. Notwithstanding it was St Moritz, the pricing was high, Overall a really really good experience. I'd love to go back sometime. They're very tuned into that a lot of their client group will be for the Glacier Express and they offered I think free transfer for the train time

小高い場所にあるため、駅から徒歩では大変だと思いますが、往復とも送迎サービスをしてくれたので助かりました。また到着時刻変更の当日のお願いにも快く対応していただきました。 チェックインの時には、英語力が乏しい私達に間違いなく伝わるように、筆談を交えて根気よく、かつフレンドリーに対応していただき感激しました。 何と言っても最高だったのは、部屋の窓からの景色が、まるで絵画のように素晴らしかったことです。

The staff at Hotel Bären was friendly and welcoming. The food in the restaurant was excellent. We liked the high up location and enjoyed exploring the Olympic bobsled run next door. Only downside was extremely small shower and radiator heat that was hard to control.

Hotel Baren is a lovely Swiss hotel right next to the bus stop for skiing in transportation around. It’s right by the bobsled and the skeleton.The breakfast buffet is one of the best I have ever experienced. The Spa and Pool with both a hot tub and a sauna were wonderful. Don’t forget to book a masseuse right there at the spa. The staff is so helpful. The Mountain View‘s from our balcony and bedroom were lovely.

A lovely hotel, but the room was not well lit. No light on the desk, no reading light over the bed. Bright modern lights in entryway and bathroom, but that is not where I wanted to work and read. Also, very odd way of presenting cheese in the breakfast room. I have not seen this anywhere else in Switzerland. Cheese cut into strips and put in little glasses get stale very fast. Loved the pool!

Great location in a very convenient area with everything around. I love the place and the view .
