Bare bones hotel. Room was extremely hot when we came in and the A/C didn’t do much of anything

Bed was firm and just right. Chain restaurants nearby but also locally owned ones to enjoy!

We had a great time staying Cristal hotel. It’s close to train station, restaurants, main bus, tram. And Geneva lake is just a short walk away.

A very clean and comfortable stay with a helpful and friendly staff. Excellent location as it was close to the train station, restaurants and was situated for a nice walk next to the lake. A pass for public transportation was a bonus.

Rummet var ok. Läget var jättebra. Det som däremot inte var bra var: - WiFi fungerade inte på rummet. - Frukosten hade ett väldigt begränsat utbud. Till exempel fanns det inga grönsaker. - Inget varmvatten i duschen en av dagarna. Ännu sämre blev den upplevelsen när jag tog upp det med personalen och fick ett väldigt nonchalant bemötande.

Great location and near the main train station. It gets noisy past midnight from people coming home from the restaurant and/or bar.

Très bien situé, près de la gare et à distance à pied des principales attractions. Personnel fort sympathique. Chambre propre et au goût du jour.

Service from front desk manager was very good . There were few amenities missing and they were able to accomodate. Room is nice however the bed is too low and they are more like 2 twin beds instead of queen size beds for couple. There was some chemical cleaning smell in the room , so we had to open windows. There are glass doors and got to be cautious not to hurt yourself going to bathroom etc. Our overall stay was pleasant and central to all places, 5 minute walk to the train station , supermarket and restaurants

I stayed at Hotel Cristal while attending business conferences in Geneva, and it was a great choice for my trip. The hotel’s excellent central location, just a short walk from Gare Cornavin, made it incredibly convenient to get around the city. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, which was perfect for quick meals and evening strolls after work. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, something I truly appreciated during a busy schedule. While the room was a bit small, it was comfortable and quiet—ideal for resting at night after long conference days. A special mention goes to the friendly and helpful staff, who made my stay smooth and pleasant with their warm service. Overall, I would recommend Hotel Cristal to business travelers and tourists alike looking for a clean, centrally located hotel with great service in Geneva.

Clean comfortable and extremely well located It’s a no-frills, get the job done Hotel. Rooms are a bit small but very nice. Train station is seven minutes walking Great choice especially if you’re looking for a place to sleep before catching a train
