Boa localização, bom atendimento na recepção, check in e check out sem demora. Quarto confortável, boas instalações. Padrão Ibis, sem amenidades no banheiro. Para quem gosta de andar dá para fazer alguns passeios a pé.

Second time here, really safe and lovely choice

It is a comfortable hotel, very centrally located. Good dining room too. A bit basic, with not even a kettle in the room

Hotel davvero nuovo e moderno a 12 minuti a piedi dalla stazione. La zona è molto tranquilla e sicura e ben collegata con i mezzi di trasporto. La camera era molto moderna e confortevole, materasso molto comodo. Peccato che non c'era il frigo in camera. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel.

My 2nd stay with this Ibis hotel. I am learning to like it. Quiet room, comfortable bed, clean and functional bathroom, a window that opens. No luxury but modern and functional. Breakfast was ok, no surprises. The hotel is within the walking distance from downtown, and on the opposite side of the street there is a ”discount grocery store”. Bus line 8 stops right there, taking you from the UN to downtown. Airport bus stop is some 200m from the hotel.

Very good breakfast

Good prices and not too far away from the city centre (15 minutes).

Absolute ideal for your stay in Geneva. You know what you're getting with an Ibis and you can't go wrong with this one. Great location, supermarket and restaurants practically on the door step and only a 15 minute walk to the train station. Friendly staff, all great at speaking English. Nice room, decent size, good spacious clean bathroom, and very comfortable bed. Best past was the TV, you can log into Netflix and YouTube and it also has BBC1, BBC2 and Channel 5. We didn't eat during our stay but the in Hotel small shop is very expensive, as expected, a bottle of water was 4CHF in the supermarket it was 1CHF.

Good service, friendly staff and clean hotel BUT in the room there is no kettle, no coffee machine, no drinking water, no bar soap in the bathroom and not enough clothes hangers. The lack of amenities in the room is not clearly stated upfront - you only discover this to your shock on arrival.

Chose another hotel for a family event. Reserved this location in error, and after chatting with Hotels.com for a considerable amount of time, they would not allow me to change to the hotel I needed through their website. So I booked the correct hotel through a different company. I’m saddened that Hotels.com has lost me as a long and loyal customer.

La ubicación es muy buena con una estación de bus a dos minutos caminando. Habitación limpia y hibicscion segura. 10 min del tren que te lleva al aeropuerto.

Très bon rapport qualité-prix pour cet hôtel qui est facilement accessible à pied de la gare de Genève-Cornavin. Arrêt de bus à proximité si besoin. Notre chambre donnait sur une cour intérieure donc aucun bruit.

Nice staff, decent food, generally good cleanliness. During my stay, unfortunately, I had multiple bed bug bites on my arms, legs, and feet. They were nice enough to change my room after my second request for fresh sheets, but it was very disappointing and disgusting.

Bed mattress was too soft - it appeared to be two separate mattresses, one on top of the other, causing a bit of back stress. A shame as everything else in the hotel was excellent!

I had requested parking well in advance, confirmed through pre-arrival communication, only to find upon arrival that no arrangements had been made. This oversight was both inconvenient and frustrating, especially given my specific advance request. The reception experience was equally troubling. I overheard staff members making derogatory and offensive remarks in French, under the apparent assumption that I wouldn’t understand. Such unprofessional behavior, particularly at the front desk, is wholly inappropriate and left me with a distinctly negative impression of the hotel’s culture and respect for guests. Overall, the service at this establishment did not meet even the most basic standards expected from a professional hospitality environment.
