IntercityHotel Geneva

The location of the hotel is amazing even though it is not in the city centre. Close to tram station. The temperature of the room is a real issue. It was impossible to get it right. Leaving the window open helped but then it got too cold.

Excellent location, close to the airport, close to the city. A perfect middle spot for both. The hotel was clean, very nice and people at the front desk were friendly.

We had an excellent stay. It was a one-night stay to be close to airport for an early-morning flight. Room was clean, spacious, comfortable. Second bed for the children was already set up when we arrived. The kids loved the foosball and billiard tables in the lobby. Staff helped us figure out public transportation and how to get into the city for dinner. Free shuttle to the airport was invaluable. Would definitely stay there again or another Intercity property.

Very nice modern hotel, clean and with good facilities and food. Friendly staff. Just unfortunate there isn’t more in the area in terms of food or drinks outside the hotel. It is convenient to the airport though.

We found big pieces of toe nails, hair, and lots of crumbs on the floor of our room. The room was also sooo warm and we could only adjust the thermostat 3 degrees. Overall, the room is nice and the service was good but our stay was overshadowed by the lack of cleanliness and lack of sleep we got because it was so hot.

Great location close to aiport and VERY easy to get into downtown Geneva by tram. Clean room and very comfortable bed.

Nice hotel, close by the airport. Very clean and spacious. Bed wasn’t too comfortable and I didn’t receive my perks.

Lovely hotel let down by a few avoidable issues. We arrived to our family room (2 adults 2 children) to find a great sized room for us all with a double bed and a settee bed. However we noticed the settee bed was not made up and we also only had towels for 2 people. This was fine as we planned to go out for dinner so we informed the reception that the bed needed making up and we also needed more towels. We returned 2 hours later to find the settee bed with a sheet on and 2 pillows, no duvet. So we returned to reception to inform them and they brought one single duvet and 2 hand towels. At this point, late in the evening we didn't have the energy to return to reception for a third time to ask for another duvet and some bath towels so we just made do with what we had. This would not stop us returning as the hotel itself was great, but these issues should not be happening when a family room is booked.

Schönes, weil neues Hotel in ruhiger Umgebung. Zimmer sind dem Preis entsprechend klein, aber sehr guter Standard.

The hotel is ok… rooms are small but clean, a few stains on the hallway carpets, the check in was extremely slow and both times, my check in was delayed to attend first to some cabin crew guests who arrived after me… no where to lounge without the horrid bar staff trying to force you to buy their overpriced and below quality food or drinks. I had to wait around for a late flight and wasn’t allowed to sit in peace in the bar area. I ended up going out in the cold to wait. Not impressed

Loved this property. Friendly staff, front desk can be a bit busy but other than that this is a great place to stay!

Das Frühstückbuffet macht für mich nicht wirklich einen guten Eindruck. Die Auswahl und vor allem wie es hergerichtet ist, dürfte wesentlich besser sein. Konkret: Mehr Brot- sowie Joghurtauswahl. Spiegeleier oder Omelette werden nur gebracht, wenn man das Personal anfragt. Ein guter Service würde nicht nur nach der Zimmernummer fragen, sondern auch was sie anzubieten haben. Aber das würde dem Anschein nach nur mehr Aufwand für das Personal geben..... :-(

Hôtel moderne avec de belles parties communes et une chambre bien conçue, cependant la chambre était SALE - miettes de chips par terre, emballages etc. Ma chambre n'a clairement pas été aspirée avant mon arrivée, seul le linge de lit a été remplacé. C'était le cas aussi dans les couloirs menant aux chambres avec de gros amas de poussière au sol, c'est dommage

Rooms are small, limited dining, gym and sauna were closed. Overall, it could be better. transit stop is close and there is a supermarket close by. Front desk staff, Abraham was awesome and very helpful. He helped make my stay a little bit better
