Cold hospitality at lady checked in Cheated breakfast even we paid for and asked her to check up 3 times Still say No you can not have breakfast otherwise we will charge money from your credit card We booked this hotel since 9 months and paid for breakfast with Expedia but she not allowed please give my money back for breakfast that we paid for 5 persons . Overall we bad at arrival and dirty cup of coffee If possible we would like to move to somewhereelse and not worth for money but we are tourists just arrived and tired not want to argue Will never come back again and book other hotel already when we arrived at Zurich Room temperature is too much hot Not comfortable not worth for money

The booking with package for hotel with breakfast when we checked in with the lady they prohibit us not to get any breakfast even we asked them to check it again but still no breakfast we do not want to argue just give us money back for breakfast that we paid for 5 persons The cups of cofffee in room 464 is not clean yet at arrival Room temperature is too much warm Cold hospitality Will not come back again we feel bad about this hotel

We chose this hotel because it had a swimming pool and my daughter loves to swim. It said in the description that it is for kids 16 year and older but it was a family friendly hotel because there is access to indoor pool lol no story shot there is no swimming pool. When I spoke with the manager and showed her a copy of the description she blamed Expedia. Not once she offered any time of compensation Also we had to beg for room service and to get clean towels and coffee cups The only thing we enjoyed was the breakfast. Staff there were great and food was great as well This is definitely not a two star hotel. We will not go again

Room was clean and STAFF was super friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is a wonderful feature of the hotel and would recommend anyone staying there to take advantage of the additional perk if available.

The staff at the reception were friendly and everything was done quickly. We did not like the "carpet" in the room and found the bathroom to be a bit small and was lacking "hangers".

Schone en ruime kamer voor gezin met 2 kleine kinderen. Alleen op zondag zijn de winkels niet open, dus weinig vermaak voor kinderen. Verder prima ligging voor een weekendje zurich. Ov is top.

The staff were brilliant. The facilities were really good. The restaurant food was great. On arrival I was asked to provide 50 CHF for any breakages etc. on departure I was told this would be added automatically. Two days later there is no sign of the 50 CHF, or any idea when I will see it!!

We had a very pleasant stay and experienced great service throughout our visit. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and had a welcoming atmosphere. Everything worked as expected, and overall we were very satisfied with our stay. The only downside for us was the beds. They were unfortunately too hard, which affected the comfort a bit. With better mattresses, this would have been close to perfect. Still, it's a lovely place to stay, and we would be happy to come back!

This hotel is very nice but they charge for a lot of amenities that are normally included and it’s not a minor amount. Parking was $20 per day per vehicle and this hotel isn’t even in the city center where that’s normally expected. The gym costs $30 per day per guest. The laundry service is laughably expensive. The staff was very polite and helpful and there is a bus stop right on the corner that will take you to the train. It’s very easy to get around. They also have a restaurant but to be honest if I’m paying the prices they’re charging I’m not eating at a hotel restaurant. Overall we had a positive experience there and would stay there again.

We stayed for one night. We wish it provided free airport-shuttle and breakfast at reasonable price. Other than that everything was very good.

This property is neat and clean good customer service and all the mall is nearby the property which you can buy anything over there

Overall, our stay as a family was good. We didn’t spend much time at the hotel as we were out exploring Switzerland during our short visit. The hotel was very clean, and our room was cleaned daily before we returned. The location was a bit far from Zurich, but the public transportation system there is one of the best I’ve ever experienced, so getting around was easy. Overall, we had a pleasant stay at the hotel.
