Cottage had everything for delightful stay at Zermatt. It had its own sauna. Breakfast was delicious with fresh waffles which kids enjoyed. Coffee & tea time during afternoon was nice hotel have daily.

Spacious, clean ,

Very convenient location, right next to the train station. Room was comfortable but a little stuffy (the fan helped but it was quite noisy). Free breakfast and afternoon tea provided. There were also free yoga and exercise classes. Overall an excellent stay.

Excellent hotel. Our stay was very pleasant. The amenities were amazing, the gym has a lot of equipment and they even offer yoga sessions. The breakfast buffet was also great with many options available and a huge focus on healthy options. The location is close to the train station making it easily accessible. Highly recommend this place!

Spectacular!

From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we felt the warmth and professionalism of this amazing property. We booked the penthouse and with its direct, sweeping view of the Matterhorn, it was nothing short of spectacular. The spa is also amazing as is the breakfast. Sophia, our hostess at the bar was as warm and engaging as the hotel itself. We’ll be back!

This hotel was a highlight of our trip to Switzerland. It is conveniently located across from the train station at the start of the "main street" which has many shops and restaurants. The restaurant only serves breakfast, and it is high quality. There is a buffet included, but you can also order some items for free (like omelets) or for a small additional cost. I only ate the included buffet - and it had everything you could want - fruit, cheese, meat, eggs, bread, yogurt, cereals...There is also an included tea time every afternoon! We stayed in the penthouse suite, and it was marvelous. It had a kitchen, dining room, 2 sitting areas, 3 bedrooms (each with their own bathroom), and a patio facing the Matterhorn. The suite was exceptionally clean - you can tell the staff really take care of it. I want to recognize the staff because they were the most friendly, polite, and helpful staff that I have ever encountered in a hotel. Seriously. They deserve some serious kudos. A really wonderful stay!!

Lots of shelf spaces. Nice and clean and brand new remodeled

We were staying at SCHLOSS Zermatt for four nights and absolutely loved it! The family suite is nice, clean, and spacious; breakfast is delicious; and the location is so convenient, just a few steps away from the Zermatt train station, the Gornergrat railway station, and the main station. Zermatt is a lovely place to visit, and SCHLOSS surely add another reason for us to come back and visit again in the future. We will definitely stay here again and would love to recommend it to our friends.
