Bitte nicht sowas buchen! Ich konnte nicht mal dort schlafen, wir waren am Tattoo Basel, wir waren so müde, wir haben dieses Apartment gefunden! Ich habe die ganze Zeit versucht anzurufen, für den Code, telefon war tot! es war spät wir waren sehr müde, wir haben vor Ort 1 Stunde gewartet, Nix passiert! Ich habe Emails geschickt, es ist Nix gekommen keine Antwort, Nachbar hat komisch gesehen, komische Umgebung voll Ghetto! Wir mussten wieder gehen! Erst nach 12 Uhr in der Nacht ist den Code gekommen aber wir waren schon weg! Nächste Tag habe ich gesagt, wollte mein Geld zurück, sie haben einfach nein gesagt, ich sagte ich habe beweise und alle anrufen, die haben mich einfach ignoriert! Ich fühle mich verarscht! Es ist ihr Verantwortung erreichbar zu sein! Oder einfach keine Klienten akzeptieren!!! Ich fühle immer noch schlecht deswegen

The listing itself is problematic as it does not state that this is an apartment with no concierge. When I paid for the booking I received an automated confirmation stating that a registration email would be sent - despite repeated requests this never arrived. A week before I arrived I had to contact Hotels.com to receive any information about check in. Although clean, the apartment is bare and slightly shabby - the shower rail is held together with sellotape, the furniture is scuffed. The power socket for the kettle & microwave did not work. The other power sockets are not compatible with any non Swiss plug and it was impossible to find an adaptor in any local shops. As a business traveller this was disastrous. Small things like no washing up sponges or hand soap added to the disappointment. Could do better.

We turned up and there wasnt any air-conditioning, which was ok but given that it was over 30degrees, we just needed a fan. We had to fix the tv and once going, couldn't get any channels. The pillows were non existent at best, and there weren't any spares. There was only bath towel for the 2 of us. There was a shower over the bath, but very dangerous as there were no handles to assist getting in or out. The shower head was broken. With a bit of thought and effort, this could be a great property as its in a good location.

It was a terrible experience from start to finish. The flat reeked of smoke, communication with the host was awful, and to top it off, there were large spiders. I reported the issues to both Hotels.com and the host, but the experience was beyond disappointing. Would not recommend.

Sehr schlechte Unterkunft. Wenns den überhaupt eine ist? Mit dem erhaltenen Schlüsselcode konnten wir nicht einchecken, bei der "Notfall-Check-in" Hotline warteten wir über eine Viertelstunde in der Liftmusik-Schlaufe, ohne irgendwann jemanden zu erreichen. So sind wir am selben Abend wieder nach Hause gefahren. Einen Tag später erhielten wir einen neuen Schlüsselcode (?) Auf Anrufe und E-Mails reagierte niemand. Und bezahlt haben wir natürlich im Voraus. Finger weg von allem was den Namen SwissStar enthält; Geld ist weg und ein Zimmer hat man trotzdem nicht.

Alles in Ordnung und für Basel wirklich günstig

Ging reibungslos. Schöne Wohnung.

The apartment is very comfortable. It is not fancy, but provides everything you would expect from a short term apartment rental. A super market and tram line are within a few minutes walk. About ten minute walk into downtown Basel.

Parfait !

Die Wohnung und vorallem die Küche war sehr schmutzig. In der Wohnung roch es nach indischem Essen,sowie auch im gesamten Treppenhaus. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war ok und die Lage sehr gut.

Great location for my needs (near office). Good space and value for money. Not luxury by any stretch of the imagination, but clean, functional and the beds were comfortable. Very close to the river, so nice opportunities for walking and relaxing alongside it. Wifi was an issue. When I eventually got access (I had to pay - it was not free as advertised) it was patchy.

The location was good but the building was of 5 floors without an elevator and we were in the fifth floor which was very difficult for carrying the luggages. The was no parking for the car and had to pay €2 every 90 min from 8 am till the time we are out. The floor of the apartment was old and noisy. There was no air conditioner so we open the window and the road was very noisy. On our check out, we were ready at 10:30 am but the people for cleaning the apartment were standing on the door and asked for €5 additional to wash the plates in the kitchen !!

Todo estuvo muy bien, excepto que en el quinto piso estuvieron dos huespedes muy ruidosos que no respetaron la regla de dormir de 22 a 6 hrs. Me hubiera gustado tener contacto con los encargados de la estancia para solicitar un dia mas y el pago en efectivo.

obtaining key by using the code worked well - the room number is on the key (which I did not notice at first as it was dark) so was confused as to which room was mine. all worked well, spacious and good kitchen. not in centre but easy access by tram. good location for the work I was doing.

Das Appartement war genau richtig für unsere Bedürfnisse. Idealer Ausgangspunkt wenn man in die Stadt wollte zumal eine Tramlinie direkt vor dem Haus vorbei führte. Einzig negativ waren die kaum vorhandenen bzw. komplette belegten Parkplätze am Abend. In Badezimmer hat die Dusche schlecht funktioniert. Das es keinen Lift hatte und man jeweils 4 Stockwerke hoch laufen musste, kann als Beitrag zur Fitness angesehen werden. Aber ansonsten war alles toll. Wir werden gerne wieder dieses Appartement buchen.
