Was great location and lots of room for family. Wish we could have stayed longer

Great location in a historical building. Walkable to grocery and the lake/river tourist area. The building common area is a bit dated but look interesting if you like historical building. The apartment is spacious and modern. Big fully equipped kitchen, full size fridge. Nice Tereace. The bedroom with a bathroom are on the ground floor. there is an AC in the bedroom but not cool enough, only works like a fan. The AC upstairs is better but not enough to cover the living/dining/extra bed area. The kitchen where the AC is located is the most comfortable area. The Wifi is weak. It only works smoothly for the first 6-7 hours we checked in. Someone checked and tried to fix for us but it still didn’t work properly for the rest of our stay. The shower water pressure is a bit low. Overall, this is a great and comfortable place to stay at.

Excellent. It was beyond our expectations having chosen the largest apartments for 2pax. Thank you very much for letting us know where the washer and dryers were, James. Would recommend to those who may cook or a quite evening "home". Also there's the free bus tourist shuttle if needed.

sehr guter Zustand mit täglicher Reinigung, top. Lage perfekt um zu Fuß in die Altstadt, Bahn oder an den See. Restaurants sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen, nicht mal 1 Minute .. perfekte Lage.

The stay was great, ylu are goven a code to the building and to your specific apartment so check in is easy and quick. The apartment comes stocked with drinks and snacks you can purchase if needed. The big windows in the living space give you a heeatview of two bell towers, and their chimes can be heard throughout the day. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean and well stocked with many towels, shampoos, soaps, and even a toothbrush. Would highly recommend!

The location of the apartment is perfect , close to everything. The apartment is so roomy and clean . James is so nice that he will respond to your email or text promptly. Highly recommended this place for those who are looking for a stay in Luzern.

This is NOT a hotel. It's an apartment with ONE bedroom. One room with a shower and a different room with a toilet. Beds have been placed in the living room and office space. If you want your bed made, towels changed, or ANY other service, they charge you. Fees for everything. That said, access is easy and the location is excellent.

Well maintained property. Had all conviences of home except washer. Bathroom was upstairs and away from primary bathing area which was unusual. Great quiet location.

The space and the location were great for our family of four to enjoy all that Luzern has to offer! Just a couple hundred yards from lion monument and a short walk to the Chapel Bridge and great dining, etc. The apartment itself was very large and modern with all the amenities you would need and extremely clean and well kept. I'd highly recommend a stay here!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Man hat alles was man braucht.

The property is not at all as described on hotels.com. Apartment is NOT a two-bedroom. It is a ONE-bedroom with two additional double mattresses ON THE FLOOR in the living room behind the 3' staircase wall which is all shared with the kitchen. The ONLY bathroom is located within the ONE private bedroom (and it does not have a tub/shower combo as detailed which mattered greatly as does privacy). So couple #1 has no privacy while sleeping and couple #2 has no privacy when couple #1 has to use toilet or shower. This is not at all what we were looking for nor did it work for a second night. There are no outlets anywhere near the beds on the floor to allow us to charge our phones, iPads, and laptops while using them after lying down. There is no soap dish or anything to put the soap in/on while taking a shower. There is but one tiny ice cube tray which is not enough for four adults having cocktails in the evening. The split air unit at the far end of the kitchen wall does not cool the bedroom or bathroom downstairs at all and the ONE bedroom is very hot even with windows open which is very very noisy from the street down below, which you can hear but NOT see.
