Wonderful staff, clean room and great location

Villa Maria was a wonderful stay, early check in, and easy access to our very clean room! Easy check in! Lovely staff!

A pleasant enough place, lovely spot. Shame we got unlucky with the roadside windows, instead of the lake/garden side. But still perfectly okay.

Nice walking path along the lake to the old town

Had a wonderful stay at Villa Maria, the room is very clean, the beds are very soft and the wifi is good. It also has a bus stop just a few meters away

Enjoyable property with friendly staff just wish they were TVs in the room.. the showers are nice and spacious which made it very enjoyable

Nice and simple if you're just needing somewhere to sleep at night. Very clean and comfortable. The fridge being restocked daily for free (water, soda and beer) was an excellent touch, also some snacks on arrival. Check in was very easy, I actually didn't see a single member of staff during my stay, they were definitely there, I just didn't see them since I was gone all day. Location is excellent 15/20 mins walk from the main train station, or jump on the bus for 5 mins (city travel pass is included for free). I enjoyed walking along the lake to get into town. Highly recommend a visit to the top of Mount Pilatus! Overall a great place, I would stay again!

Great location and very comfy staff for family of four! Check in at the kiosk was easy and convenient!

Fantastic stay throughout. Easy check in, loads of space and amenities. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Local to a bus stop. Lovely views.

Close to town (i.e. 25 min walk). Can't say enough good things about the staff. There is a common area with kitchen if you want to cook for yourself (not a bad idea given the prices in Swiss restaurants). Only downside was the mildly scented soap used to wash the sheets and the coloured toilet paper (my wife has allergies).

Il s'agit d'une maison transformée en chambres d'hôtel mais sans réception ni service (pas de petit-déjeuners sur place) Il faut se rendre à l'hôtel Beau Séjour à 5' à pied.

Nous avons appréciés notre séjours pour la propreté des lieux, la quiétude et la position de l’hôtel nous permettant de tout faire notre visite à la marche. Merci Marc et Chantal Québec Canada

Amazing property right on the lake. The room was very spacious and beautifully designed with thoughtful touches including a small air conditioner, blackout shades, china tea cups, and mid century modern furniture. The bed and bedding are a dream come true, and the surrounding area is quiet and tranquil. Waking up with a view of the lake and mountains was a highlight of the trip. It is well worth the price, and when we return we plan to stay here again. The self check in was easy and fast, and if you arrive early, you can leave your luggage in the salon on the ground floor. There is also a full kitchen on the ground floor that guests are welcome to use, which is a nice bonus.

Spacious rooms, comfortable beds. Clean and modern. Only negative was we had 3 people in our 2 rooms, but other than 1st night, there were only 2 bath towels (we had left one on floor to be replaced). No nearby restaurants but easy to hop on bus (free for guests) and go into city center. Beautiful walking path on Lake Lucerne, 20 minute walk along path to center city.
