We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment (senior studio with balcony ). It was all that we needed and right next to the pool which was handy . It was really handy for the train station and close to all the trams which meant that it was a great place to explore the area as well as France and Germany . Our only slight problem was the we only had 1 towel each for the 5 days and one pillow (we prefer two) and there was no one there that could give us more . Breakfast was basic but nice and the man serving breakfast was lovely and friendly . Good fridge and freezer , a great stay and would recommend !

Basel - it was a blast. This was my Eurovision accommodation and it was just perfect. The room was very quiet; perfect for long party nights, you can sleep the whole day without noises from other appartements around. The restaurant had very nice waiters and delicious quality! Only the very reactive communication for the check in was not that good and I didn’t get a Basel Card. The apartment has many do‘s and don‘t rules. Overall, I recommend it! Thanks!

Positivo la posizione e la spugnetta per lavare i piatti con detersivo il resto solo negativo in primis la mancanza delle asciugamani c’erano solo per una persona e abbiamo dovuto aspettare il giorno dopo per avere le altre. Poi abbiamo trovato la serranda rotta impedendoci di andare sul terrazzo o solo vedere la luce del giorno se prenoto un monolocale con terrazzo mi aspetto di poterci accedere e cosa più grave non ci hanno cambiato la stanza. Altra nota negativa la pulizia scadente e non c’è durante il soggiorno alcuna pulizia da parte dello staff.

Apartment was very spacious, clean with double bed which was very soft and comfortable (pillows a bit hard but not the end of the world). There’s a dining table with chairs as well as a desk and long sofa/seating area in the room alongside a fridge, microwave cooker, kettle, iron - bathroom also very clean and spacious with shower.
Location is 5 minutes walk from Basel SBB train station and main tram area, airport bus leaves from outside train station so transport options were perfect. Food choices and supermarkets very limited unless you walk more towards the cathedral and the Rhine.
Check out us 10am which is a bit disappointing but for an extra CHF 42 (around £40) late check out was easily arranged. There were no property staff in the apartment building so contact with staff was literally zero. Access is given by code which is entered at main door and for room.

Good for a cheap short business stay but no more than to sleep in. If with my wife she would not have been happy, read on…….
Near rail station and reasonable price but road very noisy,small rooms that are not very well decorated. More like a white prison cell vibe. Hard white floor no carpets, no pictures, no comforts, in little chair and hard plastic stools. Low bed, no head board flat pillows, Bathroom and kitchenette well appointed. Access is all via PIN numbers and emails. Lose your pin or phone/email and there is no one to help. Bar on ground floor OK, nice staff and breakfast was modest buffet. My friends room had dog hair all over the floor. It looked nothing like the pictures of lovely rooms on Hotels.com. Pool was more like a small paddle pool. Overall it was OK to sleep in and cook if you want but not nice to eat in or live in the room. TV promised many channels but had limited reception. No international channels. At least the WiFi was free and worked most (not all) the time. Patio side shutters were closed and could not be opened. They also allow smoking on the balcony. So your neighbours smoke drifts into your room at night if your door is not fully shut. Glad to be leaving. Probably the worst overall apartment hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

The property was fine, more targeted at longer term stays. A bit tired but clean enough. Felt safe enough for me on my own, shower was hot, didn't notice too much road noise. Overall it was fine for a place to sleep in an otherwise extortionate city! Very handy for train and tram.

Ich habe dieses Hotel nun zum dritten Mal gebucht, die ersten beiden Male über ein anderes Portal. Leider lief der Check-in diesmal nicht gut. Möglicherweise, weil hotels.com die Daten nicht korrekt übermittelt – ich musste die Unterkunft selbst kontaktieren, um meinen Zugangscode und die Basel Card zu erhalten.
Zum ersten Mal habe ich auch den Parkplatz genutzt, was ebenfalls nicht reibungslos funktionierte. Er ist sehr eng, für mein Auto gerade noch passend, aber für viele andere wohl nicht nutzbar. Trotz QR-Code und Kennzeichenerkennung war mein Platz an einem Tag belegt, und ich musste die Parkplatzverwaltung kontaktieren. Das Problem wurde zwar gelöst, aber bei automatischer Zugangskontrolle sollte so etwas nicht vorkommen.
Die Apartments sind hübsch und gut geschnitten, teils allerdings in auffälligen Farben (z. B. ganz rosa oder schwarz), was nicht jedem gefallen dürfte. Viele Wände sind schmutzig und Möbel wirken abgewohnt – ein neuer Anstrich und etwas Wartung würden viel verbessern. Die Reinigung selbst ist gut, aber durch den abgewohnten Zustand wirkt alles weniger gepflegt.
Insgesamt ist die Unterkunft okay: gute Lage, gutes WLAN, ordentliche Reinigung.
Aber: Wer smart und digital sein will, muss sicherstellen, dass alles reibungslos funktioniert – sonst wird aus dem Pluspunkt schnell ein Nachteil.

- Zuerst bekam ich keine E Mail zum eichecken.
- Ich habe ein anderes Zimmer gemietet.
- Die Wände und der Boden sind schmudelig und müssen umbedingt grstrichen werden. Die Flecken beim Bett oben Richtung Kopf.... igit.
- Keine Seife zum abwaschen
- Bei der Zimmertüre wo man den Code eingeben muss hat es kein Licht.
Die Putzfrauen haben einen guten Job gemacht.

Ok place to stay with a small kitchenette, close to the train station & shops, and food places that are open relatively later during the evening. Note: there is no reception deck. You have to connect through emails/ calls. The same code is used to enter the building, your room, and other sections. The issue is that one is supposed to get code a day in advance, which has not worked well for 2 times I have stayed here. One gets a quick response after contacting the Vision Apartments support team directly. Messaging from the Expedia app doesn't get a fast response from the hotel/apartment provider.

Booked at 2:00 pm. Did not get entry code until 9:00 pm, and only after direct phone call. Very, very unacceptable. Also, way to warm and no air conditioning or air flow. Had to leave window open and terrible traffic noise. Otherwise, good location and average apartment.

Positivo la posizione e la spugnetta per lavare i piatti con detersivo il resto solo negativo in primis la mancanza delle asciugamani c’erano solo per una persona e abbiamo dovuto aspettare il giorno dopo per avere le altre. Poi abbiamo trovato la serranda rotta impedendoci di andare sul terrazzo o solo vedere la luce del giorno se prenoto un monolocale con terrazzo mi aspetto di poterci accedere e cosa più grave non ci hanno cambiato la stanza. Altra nota negativa la pulizia scadente e non c’è durante il soggiorno alcuna pulizia da parte dello staff.

We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment (senior studio with balcony ). It was all that we needed and right next to the pool which was handy . It was really handy for the train station and close to all the trams which meant that it was a great place to explore the area as well as France and Germany . Our only slight problem was the we only had 1 towel each for the 5 days and one pillow (we prefer two) and there was no one there that could give us more . Breakfast was basic but nice and the man serving breakfast was lovely and friendly . Good fridge and freezer , a great stay and would recommend !

The room structure was very inconvenient and unsafe. There were logs of wood jutting out in the form of tables or something like that. And it was very hard to communicate with the hotel staff. Will not stay again.

Lydniveau var super i forhold til det var centrum af by, med masser af trafik omkring.

This place is off-site. The entrance has stairs, not friendly for travelers with big luggage, which I think should be most of the cases. It is clean. Served the basic needs.

Apartment was very spacious, clean with double bed which was very soft and comfortable (pillows a bit hard but not the end of the world). There’s a dining table with chairs as well as a desk and long sofa/seating area in the room alongside a fridge, microwave cooker, kettle, iron - bathroom also very clean and spacious with shower.
Location is 5 minutes walk from Basel SBB train station and main tram area, airport bus leaves from outside train station so transport options were perfect. Food choices and supermarkets very limited unless you walk more towards the cathedral and the Rhine.
Check out us 10am which is a bit disappointing but for an extra CHF 42 (around £40) late check out was easily arranged. There were no property staff in the apartment building so contact with staff was literally zero. Access is given by code which is entered at main door and for room.

Good for a cheap short business stay but no more than to sleep in. If with my wife she would not have been happy, read on…….
Near rail station and reasonable price but road very noisy,small rooms that are not very well decorated. More like a white prison cell vibe. Hard white floor no carpets, no pictures, no comforts, in little chair and hard plastic stools. Low bed, no head board flat pillows, Bathroom and kitchenette well appointed. Access is all via PIN numbers and emails. Lose your pin or phone/email and there is no one to help. Bar on ground floor OK, nice staff and breakfast was modest buffet. My friends room had dog hair all over the floor. It looked nothing like the pictures of lovely rooms on Hotels.com. Pool was more like a small paddle pool. Overall it was OK to sleep in and cook if you want but not nice to eat in or live in the room. TV promised many channels but had limited reception. No international channels. At least the WiFi was free and worked most (not all) the time. Patio side shutters were closed and could not be opened. They also allow smoking on the balcony. So your neighbours smoke drifts into your room at night if your door is not fully shut. Glad to be leaving. Probably the worst overall apartment hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

The property was fine, more targeted at longer term stays. A bit tired but clean enough. Felt safe enough for me on my own, shower was hot, didn't notice too much road noise. Overall it was fine for a place to sleep in an otherwise extortionate city! Very handy for train and tram.

Basel - it was a blast. This was my Eurovision accommodation and it was just perfect. The room was very quiet; perfect for long party nights, you can sleep the whole day without noises from other appartements around. The restaurant had very nice waiters and delicious quality! Only the very reactive communication for the check in was not that good and I didn’t get a Basel Card. The apartment has many do‘s and don‘t rules. Overall, I recommend it! Thanks!

Ich habe dieses Hotel nun zum dritten Mal gebucht, die ersten beiden Male über ein anderes Portal. Leider lief der Check-in diesmal nicht gut. Möglicherweise, weil hotels.com die Daten nicht korrekt übermittelt – ich musste die Unterkunft selbst kontaktieren, um meinen Zugangscode und die Basel Card zu erhalten.
Zum ersten Mal habe ich auch den Parkplatz genutzt, was ebenfalls nicht reibungslos funktionierte. Er ist sehr eng, für mein Auto gerade noch passend, aber für viele andere wohl nicht nutzbar. Trotz QR-Code und Kennzeichenerkennung war mein Platz an einem Tag belegt, und ich musste die Parkplatzverwaltung kontaktieren. Das Problem wurde zwar gelöst, aber bei automatischer Zugangskontrolle sollte so etwas nicht vorkommen.
Die Apartments sind hübsch und gut geschnitten, teils allerdings in auffälligen Farben (z. B. ganz rosa oder schwarz), was nicht jedem gefallen dürfte. Viele Wände sind schmutzig und Möbel wirken abgewohnt – ein neuer Anstrich und etwas Wartung würden viel verbessern. Die Reinigung selbst ist gut, aber durch den abgewohnten Zustand wirkt alles weniger gepflegt.
Insgesamt ist die Unterkunft okay: gute Lage, gutes WLAN, ordentliche Reinigung.
Aber: Wer smart und digital sein will, muss sicherstellen, dass alles reibungslos funktioniert – sonst wird aus dem Pluspunkt schnell ein Nachteil.

- Zuerst bekam ich keine E Mail zum eichecken.
- Ich habe ein anderes Zimmer gemietet.
- Die Wände und der Boden sind schmudelig und müssen umbedingt grstrichen werden. Die Flecken beim Bett oben Richtung Kopf.... igit.
- Keine Seife zum abwaschen
- Bei der Zimmertüre wo man den Code eingeben muss hat es kein Licht.
Die Putzfrauen haben einen guten Job gemacht.

Ok place to stay with a small kitchenette, close to the train station & shops, and food places that are open relatively later during the evening. Note: there is no reception deck. You have to connect through emails/ calls. The same code is used to enter the building, your room, and other sections. The issue is that one is supposed to get code a day in advance, which has not worked well for 2 times I have stayed here. One gets a quick response after contacting the Vision Apartments support team directly. Messaging from the Expedia app doesn't get a fast response from the hotel/apartment provider.

Booked at 2:00 pm. Did not get entry code until 9:00 pm, and only after direct phone call. Very, very unacceptable. Also, way to warm and no air conditioning or air flow. Had to leave window open and terrible traffic noise. Otherwise, good location and average apartment.
