The hotel and room were spotless very clean and tidy. Enjoyed our stay and close to shuttle bus stop if coming or going from there. Lovely little breakfast and hosts very helpful.

Very good customer service and support

Well located and friendly, helpful staff. The bento-style breakfast was delicious and filling. The room was clean and well-appointed. The bathtub was huge and was an extra special treat. Fast WiFi and excellent air conditioning. Would recommend to friends and would stay again if coming back to Sun Moon Lake.

Great! Loved everything. The owners are fantastic people. The location is excellent. Room was wonderful. You can't go wrong.

This B&B was amazing – out of the three accommodations we stayed at in Taiwan, this was by far our favourite! The host was very welcoming and helpful. Each morning at breakfast, she asked about our plans for the day and gave us useful tips on where to visit around Sun Moon Lake, the best spots for sunrise and sunset, and even provided bike discount vouchers. We really appreciated her thoughtfulness! The shampoo and hand soap were also great. Love the smell of it. Location is convenient, just a short walk from key attractions like Shuishe Pier, and the bus stop is nearby.

停車方便，就在民宿隔壁，房間乾淨，浴缸真的大，建議先洗完澡，浴巾圍著去外面滑一下手機，大概要3.40分鐘，浴室清潔度很好（如果還是會擔心衛生問題，建議出發前自己準備刷子跟清潔用品，不然附近只有超商可買還貴），放水時間要比較久，但是大浴缸真的爽，早餐準時好吃，民宿地點優秀，附近要啥有啥，十分方便。

I had the pleasure of staying at Yuan Ju. While the directions on the Expedia app were slightly off, the friendly locals were more than willing to help guide me to the correct location, showcasing the warm and hospitable nature of Taiwanese people. Upon arrival, I was greeted by an incredibly nice lady who made me feel right at home. I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of my room, which exceeded my expectations. The cleanliness was impeccable, a testament to the meticulous care she takes in maintaining the property. Joyce, the hotel manager, was the sweetest person ever. Each day, she prepared breakfast with generous portions and always offered more. The breakfast was a delightful fusion of Western and local dishes, providing a unique culinary experience each morning. Joyce greeted us daily, inquired about our plans, and offered valuable information about various places to visit, enhancing our overall experience. After we checked out, she even gave us a parting gift, a lovely gesture that added a personal touch to our stay. If we ever come back to Sun Moon Lake, I’d definitely stay here again. Overall, my experience at Yuan Ju was fantastic, and I would highly recommend it to anyone

Tolle Gastgeber, es gab eine leckere Bentobox zum Frühstück, die frisch zubereitet wurde, das Zimmer war sehr leise, obwohl es zur Straße lag. Die Lage ist super, alles Wichtige ist fußläufig erreichbar. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden, danke.

Very nice property. At the end of the popular street that has numerous restaurants and gift shops. Quite, and convenient. Also close to the Shuishe pier. Room 301 is spacious, shower really good, air conditioner works perfectly. Breakfast is Western and Chinese styles combination. Plenty of food. Highly recommend Yuan Ju.

清潔、浴缸棒,但沒景觀

老闆、老闆娘全家都很親切 房間舒適整潔，會讓人想再回訪 早餐現做～很用心^_^

Very nice hostel! The owners are very nice, they recommended different traveling routes for us and always remind us about the weather forecast. They really did their best to guarantee that our trip will be perfect. The hostel is very near to bus station, just around 5 mins walk. The room is neat and tidy. The only small problem is the breakfast. The breakfast is like a fusion of Taiwanese and Western. It is very interesting, but the portion is quite small.

地點雖然離水社碼頭稍微有一小段距離，但服務親切，早餐好吃。不過浴室設計我覺得有點問題，浴缸太大了！導致盥洗得在浴缸裡面，洗完後再放水要等很久，不如浴缸縮小一點，蓮蓬頭設計在外面，跟日本一樣，淋浴和泡澡分開比較方便。但這應該很難改了 XD

都不錯，缺點沒浴缸，停車場為室外不是那麼好停

乾淨、服務好、接待親切，早餐美味，值得再次造訪。若對車聲較敏感，面馬路的房間有不錯的隔音窗，但還是稍微聽得到車聲，可直接去電訂樓層較高或靠內側房間。

床很大，房間很安靜，枕頭稍軟睡不習慣。住宿點到風景區很方便，民宿主人會熱情的介紹景點。
