Honestly, was terrible we came for a couple of hours and when they found out we had a flight they tried to fear monger us into booking a cab with them multiple times even though we told them we don’t want to, very passive aggressive

Hier een kamer geboekt voor een nacht vlucht. Het duurde 5 uur voordat we een baddoek en water kregen. Kamer zat vol met kakkerlakken (kwamen in de avond pas te voorschijn). Echt vriendelijke waren de mensen ook niet.

Har rejst meget over hele Verden, men her kommer jeg ikke igen. Værelse på 3. sal men uden elevator. Intet varmt vand ti bad.

The idea is great the hotel would do well to work on items like tissue, air conditioning, and door repairs

Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm, jedoch konnte meine Buchung nicht gefunden werden. Ich buchte im Hotel und habe bezahlt. Jetzt habe ich für eine Nacht doppelt Bezahlt.

The corner room that I had was very nice. The water did not always work. The electronic door key locked me out twice and only one person knew how to restore my entrance. Once, I had to wait until the staff member came to work.

The room is spacious and well equipped. A great place to experience typical Tanzanian breakfast. The hotel doesn't have elevator but the hotel staff were kind and helped with luggage.

We arrived shortly after midnight due to the flight schedule. They gave me a lower class room than what I paid for. The next morning I asked to get an executive room, which I had paid for. The receptionist called the manager, who they called Madame. She had a bad attitude like she was doing me a favor giving me the room I had paid for. We moved to a room where the toilet had no seat and the refrigerator did not work. Neither did the safe. This was not acceptable, so we were shown other rooms but Madame was not sure whether things would actually work. In the end we got a decent executive room but like before the refrigerator did not work. Stuff spoiled. And a whole morning was wasted waiting for Madame. Also, in that room the safe did not work. So after a long wait they brought in one ... which did not open. Eventually the safe was opened but what is the point of having it if someone can just carry it away. Some days there was a hand towel and on others not. Same for floor mat in front of shower. One morning no warm water!! The breakfast was okay but sometimes none of the 15+ coffee cups and saucers had no tea spoons. The options in the restaurant are limited and are further limited by what they can actually do. - Grill did not work. The lighting on our corridor was out. They did not care. This could be a much better place If they only had MUCH better management. I hope the owner reads this review.

The staff here is kind and helpful . The area is in a crowded Dar es Salaam neighborhood near Karikoo. Finding can be a challenge for local Uber drivers. I was prepared with Google maps directions downloaded.

Great friendly service

Nice staff, good location, but the closet in the room did not open properly, the kettle and fridge didn't have a socket nearby and thus weren't plugged, the coffee and tea in the room weren't refilled for the 2nd night
