Wonderful small hotel. Great food. Perfect design. Normal price.

Veldig fornøyd, super service, flott rom, nydelig pool i 27 etg!

Our stay was lovely. The room was clean, spacious and had all the right amenities. Staff were friendly, polite and hospitable. The facilities were great. A wonderful stay overall.

We spent our Honeymoon at 137 Pillars and had a wonderful stay. When we arrived they had balloons on our bed and special desserts in the fridge for us to celebrate our marriage. The staff was so accommodating and would check in to see if you had questions. The pool was beautiful, but a bit cold. The room had a great view of the city and the bed was super cozy. I would come back next time I visit Bangkok.

My favourite hotel in Bangkok, great location, beautiful design and comfortable amenities. I have to mention the exceptional level of service delivered by this hotel and huge thanks to the staff for being professional, friendly and always going for the extra mile to accommodate any request you may have. I will come back for sure, just for the staff!

Great atmosphere and service .

This hotel was so amazing. From the minute you pull up, the service is just beyond anything that we have experienced. Hiery (pronounced Harry) was so amazing at our check in. She was very informative and accomodating. We were at many hotels in the Thailand area and this one exceeded our expectations. The only thing that I would suggest is that they need bigger closets for suitcases or those racks to put a suitcase on top of. The other thing was the bathrooms need ventilation. It gets very hot in there and the plastic blinds get a weird smell. The cleanliness was great but some more detailed dusting would be good. The only other thing that could be looked at is the pricing of the restaurants. It seems a bit high and definitely tourist pricing but all the food in surrounding areas is just as good and half the price.

非常滿意的一次住宿經驗，酒店漂亮，服務人員熱情，有笑容，helpful。 選擇了 One Bedroom 的房形，空間感非常充足，樓底好高，好光猛，好開陽，五星級酒店應有嘅設施都已經齊全。 位置方面一般，但是有Shuttle Bus接載都不錯。

1ベッドルームにエキストラベッドを入れ、家族3人で宿泊しました ベッドルームはとても広く、エキストラベッドが入っても余裕でした リビングも広くて快適でした プロンポン駅までも徒歩圏、駅横のショッピングモールまでの送迎も30分ごとにあり、とても便利でした

Vi havde et fantastisk ophold og 2BR residence var perfekt til os. Vi er en familie på 5. Alt personale er fantastisk og meget serviceminded. Morgenmaden er også glimrende, men et par gange oplevede vi, at vi ikke kunne få bord, selvom der var meget plads, men de havde placeret solorejsende eller par ved borde, så der ikke var plads til en gruppe på 5. Det trækker lidt ned, at vi ikke var informeret om nedlukningen af den ene pool på forhånd, men til gengæld gav det os så mulighed for at opleve rooftop poolen. Bemærk, at man kun kan bruge poolen på rooftop, hvis man bor i en suite (og altså ikke i residence)

Got the smallest room on the 7th floor, view straight into a block, phone and dryer didn't work, room was dirty and poorly cleaned, furniture wasn't cleaned, glass on balcony hadn't been washed in a while, stains on the wall in the bathroom, have stayed at this hotel about 15-20 nights in the past year, and I think this was probably the last time

The service is great. I liked to walk so everyday I hiked to the train station which got me to many places. I'll be happy to stay here again in the future!
