Nice hotel.

An absolutely beautiful hotel with really incredible staff. Everyone was so kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. I came here with my husband as part of our honeymoon, and the staff was so generous by providing us a celebratory welcome treat. The hotel’s location made it really easy to take a taxi into old city and walk around Nimman. The tours the hotel had to recommend were absolutely amazing - we did a full day excursion in Doi Inthanon and it was a major highlight of our 3 week trip! Our hotel room was very comfortable, and had everything we needed and more. There were plenty of outlets that were compatible without U.S. appliances. The complementary breakfast was nice and had a lot of options. The quality and flavor of the food over the four days we were there varied. Based on our experience, we decided not to try having lunch or dinner at the hotel. Overall, it was an absolutely delightful experience, and we would stay here again if we returned to Chiang Mai!

The hotel is in excellent condition, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the bed was very comfortable. The hotel staff are very nice and try to make stay very pleasant. Overall my wife and I really enjoyed our three nigh start at Akyra. I would definitely stay there again if I ever come back to Chaing Mai

Everything was amazing the only thing that might help is if the rooms had a little More lighting. It was very dim other than that everything was amazing.

Love it

Excellent hotel in the heart of Chiang Mai in the Nimman area close. It's in a quiet enough part of Nimman that you can easily relax but also close enough to where all the action is happening that you can easily walk anywhere.

Staff was very nice and made the stay pleasant. They had a welcome drink, were very accommodating and provided good recommendations for restaurants nearby.

Great area, close to the main mall. Lots of small street markets around. Facility was clean and staff was very polite and pleasant.

No complains about this hotel. Staff were very polite and helpful. The rooms were spacious and very clean. Proper amenities provided (also full bar in room). Walkable distance to most places in Nimman area. Lots of local restaurants, cafes and bars nearby. Good mix of local and foreign food. Very nice pool and pool bar upstairs. The Italian restaurant connected to the hotel has great breakfast and excellent dinner.

Convenient location to check out Nimman area like No.1 Nimman or night market nearby. It’s also not far from the night food market at Chiang Mai University. The only thing matters me from the facility is that it is so close to the next resident building so the window blinds off day and night. Not friendly natural light for the girls who want to make up. Hence, we ran out of the toilet paper on the 1st day and no spare one in the bathroom cabinet. It took them a while to send the spare one to the room. Beds and mattress comfy to delivery a good sleep. So good option for 1 night stay.
