It was alright..i was out and about alot but the hill to get there!! I didnt have a scooter or motorbike so i walked up that hills so many times!! Ur lungs feel like exploding half way up it! The room smells from the toilet and the spa was not operational during my time there but they do cone to the room for massages and treatment's. A rooms a room when ur not spending money on luxury so it was ok the pools are cool and pretty but the water fall in the pool can keep u awake because its loud but its a quiet place considering how close it is to town not far from markets and quick grab to bangla road do exchange prices around and close to 7 11 and other grocers

I was not impressed with being put in an upstairs room when I had booked a pool access room. The reason I was given was I was a long term stay and it was convenient for them that I was in the last room away from reception. I have a disability and have trouble with climbing up and down stairs, it made my access difficult.

Terrible. When we arrived, the room was dirty, the TV didn't work and there were no hot water available. We left already after two nights even though there was no refund for a whole week booked. The whole place need a renovation. Pictures during booking are not up to date.

Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Hyvä aamupala, jossa useita eri vaihtoehtoja. Ravintolalle myös suositus. Hotelli parhaat päivänsä jo nähnyt, uima-altaiden laattoja uupui ja oli paljon rikkinäisiä. Plussaa kuitenkin eri syvyisistä altaista lasten kanssa matkustettaessa. Todella tilavat pool access huoneet 4 ja 5 oli kivasti suoraan matalan lastenaltaan edessä. Lisävuode näytti huonokuntoiselta ja maksoi miltei saman kuin toinen huone, joten päädyttiin kahteen huoneeseen 4 henkisenä perheenä. Ikävä kyllä yhdistettäviä huoneita ei ollut, toisin kuin mainostivat. Sijainti tosiaan jyrkän mäen päällä, useampi lava-auto kyyti hotellin ja kauppakeskuksen sekä rannan välillä päivittäin. Mukavasti pois pahimmasta hälinästä patongilla muttei kuitenkaan liian kaukana kävellenkään. Menisin uudelleen.

The property was mislead by showing the photos on the website looks nice but the room was outdated, bathroom was leaked and dirty, the room smell mole, we felt sicked after just one night there. We booked for 5 nights but we had to checked after one night because of sanitary and sickness after just one night there.

Et meget venligt og imødekommende personale er egentlig det eneste der taler op for dette hotel. Alt andet var gammelt og slidt, værelset lugtede af skimmelsvamp (og vi er ikke sarte). Møbler ved poolen var faldet fra hinanden og poolen var desværre ikke en fornøjelse omend den ser lækker ud.

Hotellet er meget nyt og poolen trænger meget til at blive vedligeholdt det er slet ikke det som man ser på billederne meget skuffende . Fik de lavet deres ting og opdateret hotellet så det bare levet op til billederne havde jeg kommet igen men det tror jeg ikke de gør.

First of all - don’t let the pictures provided fool you. The rooms are okay, that’s the only ”positive” thing I have to say about this hotel. But you can find cheaper okay rooms closer to town for way less money. The hotel is located far up a hill which is hard walking and the taxis are not very excited to go up there. The staff in the reception and restaurant are rude, the cleaning staff was nice. The hotel is in very poor condition and hardly cleaned. We spent 5 days here and the pump in the pool wasn’t working so the water was really dirty. Several broken and dangerous parts in the pool. There was a diaper right next to the pool, laid there for 4 days until it was picked up. The safe in our room was broken, when we asked for it to be fixed the same night as check in we were accused of breaking it and would have to pay for it. The service doesn’t exist at all at this ”hotel”. There was 11 existing sunbeds, all of them had broken parts. No umbrellas.

Es war ein angenehmer Aufenthalt. Das Hotel liegt sehr ruhig. Allerdings sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten oder Restaurants nur sehr umständlich zu erreichen. Das Hotel hat eine sehr schöne Poolanlage in einem schönen Garten. Im Bezug auf die Zimmer kann Ich nur von meinen ausgehen. Das Zimmer ist gut ausgestattet und relativ groß, aber doch schon etwas verwohnt. Das Personal ist in allen Bereichen sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

I was not impressed with being put in an upstairs room when I had booked a pool access room. The reason I was given was I was a long term stay and it was convenient for them that I was in the last room away from reception. I have a disability and have trouble with climbing up and down stairs, it made my access difficult.

Terrible. When we arrived, the room was dirty, the TV didn't work and there were no hot water available. We left already after two nights even though there was no refund for a whole week booked. The whole place need a renovation. Pictures during booking are not up to date.

Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Hyvä aamupala, jossa useita eri vaihtoehtoja. Ravintolalle myös suositus. Hotelli parhaat päivänsä jo nähnyt, uima-altaiden laattoja uupui ja oli paljon rikkinäisiä. Plussaa kuitenkin eri syvyisistä altaista lasten kanssa matkustettaessa. Todella tilavat pool access huoneet 4 ja 5 oli kivasti suoraan matalan lastenaltaan edessä. Lisävuode näytti huonokuntoiselta ja maksoi miltei saman kuin toinen huone, joten päädyttiin kahteen huoneeseen 4 henkisenä perheenä. Ikävä kyllä yhdistettäviä huoneita ei ollut, toisin kuin mainostivat. Sijainti tosiaan jyrkän mäen päällä, useampi lava-auto kyyti hotellin ja kauppakeskuksen sekä rannan välillä päivittäin. Mukavasti pois pahimmasta hälinästä patongilla muttei kuitenkaan liian kaukana kävellenkään. Menisin uudelleen.

The property was mislead by showing the photos on the website looks nice but the room was outdated, bathroom was leaked and dirty, the room smell mole, we felt sicked after just one night there. We booked for 5 nights but we had to checked after one night because of sanitary and sickness after just one night there.

Et meget venligt og imødekommende personale er egentlig det eneste der taler op for dette hotel. Alt andet var gammelt og slidt, værelset lugtede af skimmelsvamp (og vi er ikke sarte). Møbler ved poolen var faldet fra hinanden og poolen var desværre ikke en fornøjelse omend den ser lækker ud.

Hotellet er meget nyt og poolen trænger meget til at blive vedligeholdt det er slet ikke det som man ser på billederne meget skuffende . Fik de lavet deres ting og opdateret hotellet så det bare levet op til billederne havde jeg kommet igen men det tror jeg ikke de gør.

First of all - don’t let the pictures provided fool you. The rooms are okay, that’s the only ”positive” thing I have to say about this hotel. But you can find cheaper okay rooms closer to town for way less money. The hotel is located far up a hill which is hard walking and the taxis are not very excited to go up there. The staff in the reception and restaurant are rude, the cleaning staff was nice. The hotel is in very poor condition and hardly cleaned. We spent 5 days here and the pump in the pool wasn’t working so the water was really dirty. Several broken and dangerous parts in the pool. There was a diaper right next to the pool, laid there for 4 days until it was picked up. The safe in our room was broken, when we asked for it to be fixed the same night as check in we were accused of breaking it and would have to pay for it. The service doesn’t exist at all at this ”hotel”. There was 11 existing sunbeds, all of them had broken parts. No umbrellas.

Es war ein angenehmer Aufenthalt. Das Hotel liegt sehr ruhig. Allerdings sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten oder Restaurants nur sehr umständlich zu erreichen. Das Hotel hat eine sehr schöne Poolanlage in einem schönen Garten. Im Bezug auf die Zimmer kann Ich nur von meinen ausgehen. Das Zimmer ist gut ausgestattet und relativ groß, aber doch schon etwas verwohnt. Das Personal ist in allen Bereichen sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

To far from town.... basically need a cab or transport to get up the hill. English speaking a bit more would help.....and English television channels would be a plus . Other then that it was ok
