Good Location, good service, good clean, have a big room.

I want to share helpful information about my experience. I’ll start with I should have read reviews outside of Expedia. One particular review I read was about the noise but not all reviews mentioned it. I will say if your room is on the side of the road/traffic, you WILL hear the bustling during the day and at night. If you are a light sleeper, I wouldn’t take the chance but you can use ear plugs to help. The room I received was as pictured, one thing I may note is I was getting bit by something at night, I can’t be too sure since I didn’t see anything but I did notice the sheets and blanket were not changed, just made. Other than that, it had all the amenities you need and the location is within walking distance of several food spots, massages, and the train station. It is a good price for the location and worth it. There is a community washing machine, unfortunately one was broken and one of the front desk ladies could not help me figure out what to do and was unwilling to help figure it out at the risk of leaving the front desk unattended for a couple minutes at night. I want to highlight Gift for being extremely helpful and kind during my entire stay. Absolutely is amazing at her job.

Convenient location, but room is quite old and dirty. Anyway I have a good night sleep for 3 days stay.

Probably my third review of them. They get full marks because of the service including getting taxis, allowing me to come at 2 in the morning, printing documents for me and all over all general friendliness. It's my go-to unless it's a little stop over because it's not extremely close to the airports. It's on the BTS line, there is pretty much anything you need nearby and a big food court with whatever you want right next door.

Only stayed one night, but the location is near good food options and the train station.

The staff was nice and accommodating, had me moved to a quiet room that was facing the front of the hotel. Some rooms can be very noisy because they face the bar and they are the cheaper room type I think. The deluxe room was cleaner and much more liveable .

Very nice and clean hotel with modern decor. Located in a culdesac with upscale restaurants and bars just off the main road but with little traffic. Very close to BTS station. Little hard to find at first due to its unique location but a very good location. Good value.

Things have changed since the last time I stayed at this property, like no food options were available, and no access to the gym. I adjusted accordingly. The area is great, and convenient to the BTS, many food, and drink options. I will definitely stay here again.

This would only reinforce my previous reviews stating this is my favorite hotel so far in Thailand, which is saying something. Staff support is sublime, cleanliness lovely and the location is really great, it is tucked in a bit from the road, but that keeps the noise down, full marks again! Next time I might name the staff but they all are as helpful as can be.

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in during the 50 years of travel I have taken. The staff are exceptionally, kind, hardworking and swift completing tasks. The room decorations are outstanding and their environmental focus is good. Everything worked well but the showerhead and that was just the mounting. Warm water and a very pleasant lighting scheme allowed mellow mood lighting and get to work with full bright lighting. The windows are expansive and have good curtains for odd hour sleeping for travelers. The air-con was a bit tricky, but quiet and effective. Did I say I love this place? Yeah, after staying at 4 other places lately, I do!!!

All was very good, staff very kind and helpful in all ways. Nice large space, comfortable bed and pleasant art all around. Great restaurants surrounding it, I regretted dining elsewhere. Got me a taxi to the airport fast and cheap with no waiting. Just great like my friend said it would be.
