This place is perfect for a bit more independent travellers who want a quiet, safe and convenient place to sleep close to Sairee beach. The place has a great (and deep) swimming pool, which actually got finished during out stay (with sunchairs and a poolside shower). All services, the beach and lots of good restaurants can be reached by less than 5 min by foot. The family also operates a 24/7 supermarket downstairs, so you can always restock your in-room fridge. They also provide you with hot water, so you can get your morning coffees and noodle soups. The wifi is actually quite fast and the room has all the essential things (such as toiletries, fan and a TV) in place.

Clean and simple. Friendly staff. 5min walk to restaurants.

Reppureissu, 6 yötä. Tilava ja puhdas huone. Herttainen guesthouse ja mukava hlö.kunta. Hieman syrjässä, mutta alle kilometri pääkadusta, joten kävellen pärjää. Hinta-laatu kohdillaan. Tuuletin riitti (ja ilmankin pärjäsi), jos on kylmyyteen taipuvainen. Majoitun uudestaan!

Amazing hotel. Clean spacious room, hot shower, quick internet and great area. If you want to party it’s like 5 minutes away from the hustle and bustle but it’s far enough you can still chill and relax.

Amazing little place if you want somewhere peaceful, clean and modern to stay on beautiful Koh Tao. I stayed in both the fan room and the air con room, both of which were huge, spotlessly clean with lovely beds (firm memory foam, by the feel of them). Both came with quiet fridges, sink and some crockery and cutlery which was useful, and it was super convenient to have the mini-mart on site (this is where you check in too). The lovely staff couldn't do enough for you - such awesome people. You can rent a snorkel, get your laundry done (super cheap - 30 baht per kg!), book your ferry tickets, and they even gave me a free ride back to the pier when I checked out. I miss this place already! Nice to be away from the noise of Sairee central but only a 5 minute walk down the 7/11 at the crossroads too. Lots of decent places to eat nearby

Stayed there for just over a week in September. Although it's a bit off the main drag of Koh Tao it's within easy walking distance to many restaurants, shopping, the gym, and more. Room was very clean! We only requested our room be cleaned every 3 days or so - if we wanted it cleaned we left our key at reception. A large room with all the amenities needed: Full size fridge and double kitchen sink, kettle, bowls and cutlery, sitting area off to the side, adequate parking for bikes. Water pressure is not good but this is a Koh Tao thing I'm pretty sure. Staff is amazing! Helpful and pleasant at all times. We rented bikes from across the street and left our passports with the front desk of Budchui. Also, booked ongoing ticket to Krabi with them and all was organized well. Price is a bit more than we're used to paying for SE Asia but it seems to be more of the norm on Koh Tao. Easy access from the walking street of Napong to the main road. 7 minute walk to Roctopus, where we did our diving. Plenty of restaurants around.

Hele goede tijd gehad hier. Echt hele grote kamers met koelkast, 2 wastafels en nog een extra zithoek. Beste matras die ik heb gehad in Thailand. Heel erg vriendelijk personeel. Wassen super goedkoop. Ze beheren zelf ook een minisupermarkt. Wat erg handig was. Gratis gebruik van strandhanddoeken. Kortom alles is er. Het ligt wel 10 minuten lopen van het strand. Dat is een klein nadeel. Dus als je echt aan het strand wilt zitten zal ik dit niet doen. Maar of je daar voor hetzelfde geld zo'n kamer krijgt betwijfel ik.

Ottima accoglienza e disponibilità. I ragazzi alla reception meritano un 10 e lode. La struttura è a 5-10 min. dal centro di Sairee e dal mare ma lontano dai rumori serali.

Fabulous area. Hotel staff friendly and helpful. Local area a little scruffy but felt very safe and welcomed by locals. Shower very low pressure and sometimes cold but as so hot outdoors we really didn't care

If you don't mind a 10 minute walk to the beach, this is a very nice place to stay. Staff is really friendly and helpful, great people! We booked a couple of tours with them and all went great. There's a minimarket right there, which is very convenient.

Séjour de 2 nuits en avril 2016, la chambre etait propre 2 bouteilles d'eau offertes mais uniquement la première nuit.la chambre n'est pas faite tous les jours mais pour 2 nuits rien de grave. Personnel très sympathique , petite supérette pas chère au pied de la résidence, la plage est a cinq minutes a pied , le port a 30 minutes. A noter la route qui mène à la résidence n'est pas éclairée la nuit une trentaine de mettre rien de grave avec son portable sa suffit pour éclairer.quelques restos thai a 3 minutes.école de plongée a proximite.

la habitación está bastante bien, no hay recepción 24 hs y el dueño casi no habla inglés.

The rooms here are big and spacious. The hotel Is just one year old so very clean and fresh. This Is a family hotel and the service and kindness here Is outstanding. They have their own minimart (open until 02 In the night) and ATM. You can book trips and boattickets through them. They also have a cheap cleaningservice. Only a few minutes walk down to the mainroad. Would for sure stay here again.

Kleines, neues Haus am Ortsrand - es gibt Zimmer mit A/C und Zimmer mit Ventilator - Minimarkt neben dem Haus - Transfer zur Fähre wird preiswert angeboten - Familienbetrieb - freundlich, sehr bemüht alle Probleme schnell zu lösen - zum Strand ca. 10 Min Fußweg - viele Essensmöglichleiten in ca. 5 Min. erreichbar - gutes WiFi. Minuspunkt: Ich fand das Geräusch der Klimaanlage vom Minimarkt nachts bei offenem Fenster störend.
