Very friendly staff but slow service on occasion. Spacious room. beach access sort walk to bars and restaurants and night life. Tuk tuk service to and from hotel about 200 bat.

Overall the hotel was lovely. Felt safe, great location, lovely staff. Fire shows nearby on beach at night, nearby massages and monkeys a very short walk down the beach away from town too.
Only downside for me was being food poisoned towards end of my trip which I believe I got from an overpriced burger at this hotel. I started feeling unwell an hour after eating it for dinner ...had only eaten breakfast at the hotel earlier and hadnt eaten anywhere else that day, been careful with water etc. I then spent the next 40 hours in bed feeling too unwell to even sit on my balcony, and have lost 3kg so far over the last 4 days (that's the silver lining). May have not been from the hotel but seems most likely with timings and symptons.

All in good experience. Property was clean and well maintained. What I think is Breakfast and dinner menu should be adjusted according to the guest staying . Otherwise everything was perfectly up to the mark.

Connected to everywhere and everything and pools are amazing along with breakfast buffet. In dining is great and a Day Spa attached and 1000 others only a 2 min walk.

An sich ein gutes Hotel mit sehr ruhiger Lage wo man alles zu Fuß erreichen kann.
Personal nicht wie man es erwartet sollte. Kein Hallo, und keine Aufmerksamkeit. Liegt wahrscheinlich auch an dem Publikum im Hotel. Beim nächsten Mal würde ich ein kleineres Hotel bevorzugen.

Stayed with family, our toddler enjoy the enormous pool and great breakfast options.
Our room was huge with a nice balcony overlooking the pool and the beautiful limestone mountain. Water was provided in glass bottles and I did notice they used minimal plastic. The restaurant at the back is great, it's literally on the beach. Cool place to hang out for drinks in the evening.
Cons: The beach isn't great, it was murky and was uninviting. The property also has an open drain running between the property. Although this wasn't a concern for us since our room was away from the drain. Might be an issue if your room is located close to the drain. The property is also located at a corner of AoNang, getting public transport requires a bit of a walk.

We really did enjoy this property. It exceeded or expectation. Front desk staff and check in great facilities lovely clean and welcoming towel service friendly and breakfast very good with lovely attentive staff.
Our ocean view front room was great. We enjoyed the entertainment and the ease of moving from beach to hotel.
Also enjoyed the new night market right behind the hotel. Lots of entertainment fun and great food.
Kids loved the pool and overall place very clean tidy and organized.
Appreciate all the hard working staff and enjoyed our dinner at the beach front bar. Free kids menu was a nice promo!!
Finally the ladies who cleaned the room were great our room was spotless and they were lovely

Wir hatten ein schönes Zimmer mit Meersicht und Poolsicht. Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig, mit vorwiegend asiatischen Gerichten.
Der Bach durch das Gelände des Hotels ist leider keine erfreuliche Angelegenheit. Er ist schmutzig und stinkt vor sich hin, dieser läuft dann am Ende der Bucht auch noch ins Meer.

Originally this booking was for three people, please check your invoice/receipt prior to arrival as I had booked for three people only to find the room was somehow defaulted to two people and had to pay an additional 2,520THB. Debit card not accepted as deposit.
Air con in Room 7206 was not very good, although sea view and room facilities otherwise were good. Location was excellent.

Overall the hotel was lovely. Felt safe, great location, lovely staff. Fire shows nearby on beach at night, nearby massages and monkeys a very short walk down the beach away from town too.
Only downside for me was being food poisoned towards end of my trip which I believe I got from an overpriced burger at this hotel. I started feeling unwell an hour after eating it for dinner ...had only eaten breakfast at the hotel earlier and hadnt eaten anywhere else that day, been careful with water etc. I then spent the next 40 hours in bed feeling too unwell to even sit on my balcony, and have lost 3kg so far over the last 4 days (that's the silver lining). May have not been from the hotel but seems most likely with timings and symptons.

All in good experience. Property was clean and well maintained. What I think is Breakfast and dinner menu should be adjusted according to the guest staying . Otherwise everything was perfectly up to the mark.

Connected to everywhere and everything and pools are amazing along with breakfast buffet. In dining is great and a Day Spa attached and 1000 others only a 2 min walk.

An sich ein gutes Hotel mit sehr ruhiger Lage wo man alles zu Fuß erreichen kann.
Personal nicht wie man es erwartet sollte. Kein Hallo, und keine Aufmerksamkeit. Liegt wahrscheinlich auch an dem Publikum im Hotel. Beim nächsten Mal würde ich ein kleineres Hotel bevorzugen.

Stayed with family, our toddler enjoy the enormous pool and great breakfast options.
Our room was huge with a nice balcony overlooking the pool and the beautiful limestone mountain. Water was provided in glass bottles and I did notice they used minimal plastic. The restaurant at the back is great, it's literally on the beach. Cool place to hang out for drinks in the evening.
Cons: The beach isn't great, it was murky and was uninviting. The property also has an open drain running between the property. Although this wasn't a concern for us since our room was away from the drain. Might be an issue if your room is located close to the drain. The property is also located at a corner of AoNang, getting public transport requires a bit of a walk.

We really did enjoy this property. It exceeded or expectation. Front desk staff and check in great facilities lovely clean and welcoming towel service friendly and breakfast very good with lovely attentive staff.
Our ocean view front room was great. We enjoyed the entertainment and the ease of moving from beach to hotel.
Also enjoyed the new night market right behind the hotel. Lots of entertainment fun and great food.
Kids loved the pool and overall place very clean tidy and organized.
Appreciate all the hard working staff and enjoyed our dinner at the beach front bar. Free kids menu was a nice promo!!
Finally the ladies who cleaned the room were great our room was spotless and they were lovely

Wir hatten ein schönes Zimmer mit Meersicht und Poolsicht. Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig, mit vorwiegend asiatischen Gerichten.
Der Bach durch das Gelände des Hotels ist leider keine erfreuliche Angelegenheit. Er ist schmutzig und stinkt vor sich hin, dieser läuft dann am Ende der Bucht auch noch ins Meer.

Originally this booking was for three people, please check your invoice/receipt prior to arrival as I had booked for three people only to find the room was somehow defaulted to two people and had to pay an additional 2,520THB. Debit card not accepted as deposit.
Air con in Room 7206 was not very good, although sea view and room facilities otherwise were good. Location was excellent.
