รวมๆแล้วดี สะดวกสบาย แต่ห้องเก่าไปนิดหน่อย อ่างไม่ค่อยสะอาด เฟอร์นิเจอร์ ค่อนข้างเก่า

พนักงานน่ารักและบริการดีมาก ที่ต้องการจะตำหนิติบ้างก็ห้องน้ำ น้ำที่ไหลลงมาจากการอาบน้ำทำให้พื้นแฉะชื้น ทำให้ห้องน้ำไม่น่าเข้า

近くにレストランやマッサージ店がたくさんあり、便利な立地。3分くらい歩けばセブンイレブンもあり割となんでも手に入る。バックパッカーの聖地と呼ばれるカオサン通り付近のリゾートホテル。 プールやスパのサービスもあるが時間の都合上、利用はしなかった。朝食が6:00から10:30までの間1Fでビュッフェとして食べられる。 タイ滞在の最終日前日に宿泊したので、荷物を預けるチェックイン先が無く、空港に向かうまで荷物を預かってもらった。ありがとうございました。 部屋は広く、バスルームとベッドルームがカーテンで限られているだけでほぼ繋がっているのが面白かった。部屋が空いていたのかアップグレード？してもらい感謝。ヘアドライヤーあり、歯ブラシあり、バスローブ(寝巻きにした)あり、タオル勿論あり、シャンプーとボディーソープあり、湯船もシャワーもあり、金庫あり、といったところ。 良かった。マッサージ店が近くに多くあったのがすごく良くて、夜中にふらっと出てマッサージ受けて帰ってくるというのがすごく良かった。また泊まりたい。

The area was quiet - I guess it may be out of season. The hotel staff went out of their way to may us welcome and helped with booking tours etc. I can highly recommend the hotel in terms of location, quality, and attentiveness of staff.

We had a lovely three night stay at Chillax Resort. Staff were welcoming and friendly, carrying our bags inside upon arrival and providing a welcome drink and cold towel. The room was large and spacious (we were in a premier room with jetted tub). The room was clean upon arrival but had not been cleaned deeply - there was a bottle cap on the floor from previous occupants, dust in corners etc. Housekeeping make the bed and provide fresh towels daily. Expedia states the hotel has a laundry service but this is not the case - there are plenty of places nearby that to laundry however we went to ‘Aims Wash’ which was fab! The breakfast was very average, we tried it once and then chose to go elsewhere on subsequent mornings. We had food by the pool two days in a row which was much tastier! We used the gym and pool during our stay - both of which were fine but could do with modernising and refurb. There was an unpleasant smell in the lobby and halls - smelt like drains, we were rarely in these areas so it did not cause a huge issue. We were able to book a hotel transfer for our departure at the hotel - the man arranging this was really lovely! You can use the Grab app for taxis but we had multiple occasions when the driver could not find the entrance to the hotel to collect us and so cancelled. There are plenty of places to eat nearby. Overall, despite the hotel feeling somewhat dated and in need of a a refresh, I would recommend this hotel and would stay again.

God modtagelse af et meget venligt personale. Lækkert værelse som de opgraderede da de ikke havde flere værelser af den bestilte. Kunne dog ikke se nogen forskel. Da vores aircondition var gået i stykker fik vi et nyt værelse. Kan klart anbefales. Ligger i et godt område.

Convenient location. Recommend NOT getting the breakfast. Rooftop pool was nice in the evening.

Clean, comfortable, quiet, peaceful, good breakfast and food, friendly staff. Definitely recommend this hotel if you are a couple. If i will come back to Bangkok, i’ll choose the same hotel

The rooms were spotless and well-equipped. The personnel were always helpful and friendly, and the location couldn't have been better. Highly recommend!

Had another great start at the Chillax 😎 this is in an ideal location for a tourist. Near to Khao San Road but still quiet and not near the craziness!! Perfect location for other tourist attractions. Lovely roof top pool and breakfast. Staff are great and friendly. Would recommend 👍

빠른 체크인 주변환경이 좋아요 잠 잘때 시끄럽지도 않아서 무척 좋았어요! 수영장도 물놀이 하기 적당했습니다 조식도 나름 좋았어요! 덕분에 송크란 축제 잘 줄기다 갑니다

Hot tub in the room with just a curtain around the whole bathroom is not my cup of tea. The whole feel of the place is slightly seedy. A “Balcony” that’s not a balcony, it’s a large window with a sign saying don’t go out, but also with an ashtray out there! Very odd lol Not the greatest area but close enough to most attractions or transport to them. The staff I didn’t find were that friendly. Most of them seemed uninterested in dealing with people or solving any issues. Wouldn’t stay there again but not the worst I’ve stayed in either.
