คือดีมากๆ ค่ะ ประทับใจที่สุด เข้ามาก็คือ พนักงาน ต้อนรับพูดดีมาก คือเรียกว่าพนักงานทุกคนเลยดีกว่า บริการส่งกระเป๋าถึงห้องและอธิบายการใช้ห้องและบริการต่างๆ ของ รร ถึง รร จะไม่ใกล้ชายหาด แต่ที่ รร มีรถรับส่งไป beach club ทุก 20 นาที ถ้าไปช่วงพระอาทิตย์ใกล้ตกคือที่สุด สวยมาก ชายหาดคืออีกนิดจะเป็นหาดส่วนตัวละ555 อาหารเช้าก็หลากหลายมากค่ะ

From my previous working at 6 stars hotel . From budget trip in Europe to fancy trip in US. I have to tell that Dream Phuket is beyond expectation. The hotel facility is well prepare even not have beach front villa but here we got big pool and roof top pool. Breakfast is lovely . Also the shuttle service to beach and club in 5 min ride. Well this maybe the part that it’s obviously a little packed and need rsvp. The beach club need to balance between their walk in guess for pool party and hotel guest (First time I was here in June so that we don’t see this problem might be happen) Also the communication between hotel and beach club need to be improved ex: -We were inform that they have DJ and Party at night and bar will be closed at mid night so we got there around 10.30PM to find that it’s no one coz the party was set between 5-8pm so we head back to hotel with little disappoint we were late. -Next morning we check out and book the sun bed at Beach Bar for noon coz hotel inform us that it’s opened at noon. We got there 11.30am and found they already have guests and beach staff inform us that they open at 11AM. We actually expect to arrive earliest coz we have to check out and want to spend time there. We would come here 11am not noon. Overall I highly recommend Dream and I will sure come for my next trip in Phuket. This is my favorite place to hide away from busy tourist part of Phuket and Layan beach is the best in my opinion. For Dream I think to management team and th

ชอบการบริการมากค่ะ โรงแรมก็ดีนอนหลับสบาย จะกลับมาอีกค่ะ พนักงานดูแลดี น่ารักมากๆ

ทุกอย่างดีมาก การบริการ ความสะอาด ความสะดวกสบาย มีความเป็นส่วนตัว คนไม่เยอะดีค่ะ โดยรวมคือดีมาก ไม่ได้ติดหาด แต่หาดก็เล่นไม่ได้อยู่ดี เลยไม่ได้ซีเรียส

โรงแรมสภาพดีมากเหมือนในรูปเป๊ะ พนักงานใจดี พูดเพราะ ยิ้มแย้ม พร้อมช่วยเหลือตลอด ห้องพักกว้างขว้าง สะอาด facility ก็ดีมากเช่นกัน ช่วงที่ไปทางโรงแรมอัพเกรดห้องให้พร้อมมีผลไม้ต้อนรับน่ารักมากๆ คิดว่าคงได้กลับไปพักที่นี่อีกแน่ๆ
