Good stay Clean ,good food and location. Just little too noisy.

Location is perfectly situated. Its location is not too close or too far to enjoy the nightlife while keeping an healthy distance enough to have restful sleep, tasty meals, and do a bit of shopping. The housekeeping staff were also very lovely and kind.

Amazing stay here . Staff were so friendly and helpful. Requested a top floor pool faxing room and noise level was minimal for being in the centre of Patong . Great location can large rooms and cool decor. Highly recommended!

J’ai eu l’occasion de séjourner à cet hôtel à trois reprises, et à chaque fois, l’expérience a été excellente. Les chambres sont confortables, bien aménagées et offrent tout le nécessaire pour passer un séjour agréable. Petit bémol : il manque un peu de place pour déballer ses valises. Aussi, si vous êtes sensible au bruit, évitez la chambre 404, située juste sous la salle de sport. Le personnel est professionnel, souriant et toujours prêt à rendre service, ce qui contribue grandement à l’ambiance chaleureuse de l’établissement. Quant au petit déjeuner, il est varié et de bonne qualité, parfait pour bien commencer la journée. Je recommande cet hôtel sans hésitation et j’y reviendrai avec plaisir lors de mes prochains séjours !

Tres bon hôtel. Manque d’hospitalité au roof top de la piscine serveur pas très content voir arrogant. PDJ complet mais manque la présence des allergènes c’est la base de nos jours . Chambre confortable c’est cool

came to Thailand When we saw this hotel we instantly fell in love with it! We read the reviews, saw the pictures and knew this was the hotel for us! Upon arriving, YEE came to the taxi and opened our door and collected our bags. As we walked to the front reception, OIL, greeted is with a smile! She checked us in with no delay, meanwhile YEE grabbed us a delicious complimentary beverage and cold towel! YEE brought us to the room and it was stunning! The pictures did not lie! The rooms were clean and tidy. The bathroom had that backstage vibe! And the rooms were soundproof as we didn't hear our neighbor what so ever. Throughout the trip there was a power outage (something the hotel did not have control over) and they were very accommodating. And though it didn't bother us, they gave us a free drink ticket which we used at the pool side bar. Now the pool is such an amazing and beautiful pool. It is very clean! And very refreshing especially to beat the crowds of the beaches. The breakfast buffet is delicious! And the spread is vast! Everyone staffing the breakfast buffet were kind and very bubbly, especially for the morning! Finally, the bar and restaurant that is attached to the hotel always had live music and a great waiting staff. Even the newest Trainee was very professional and kind! All in all this hotel is 5 out of 5 and if I could give it higher I would!

Definitely not the boutique relaxing hotel they claim to be - noise from the street can be heard in the rooms, rooms poorly cleaned by house keeping and on one occasion house keeping left our room door unlocked. Feels like an upmarket hostel rather than a 5* hotel.

Fantastic hotel! Only about a 4-minute walk to the beach. PERFECT! Sits on a corner so different directions you can head when walking to find food or to go shopping. Loved that it was on what seemed to be a main strip. Lots of people around, I always felt safe. Great breakfast, nice evening seating outside when having a night cap, the rooftop pool and bar area was lovely! All the staff were great! Plus it was easy to coordinate excursions such as the Phi Phi islands tour, elephant sanctuaries, Tiger Kingdom, etc. through the desk in the lobby. Very convenient to have. Great value for the cost. The only downside is that there were network issues so couldn’t log into Netflix on the tv once we were in for the night, but it didn’t matter much since we’d be sleep quickly anyway. I’d highly recommend this hotel!!!

Everything about our stay was fantastic. We used the hotel for booking an elephant sanctuary tour as well as transportation to beaches and airport. 5 stars all around

Great place

Very nice hotel in Phuket. Friendly staff, good size pool access room which gave direct access into pool. Second infinity pool on rooftop with bar. Pool large. Breakfast buffet was very nice with freshly cooked eggs, and lots of choices. Barista made coffee which was terrible, very bitter (I drink black coffee). Short walk to beach with cafes, restaurants and bars outside hotel. Would recommend and stay again.
