Worst hotel stay ever! First room the mattress was so bad that if you sat on the edge it crush together! They admitted the bed was bad and needed replacement and moved me into a new room with giving me the MASTER KEY allowing me access to the entire hotel rooms ! I was surprised when I walked into a room that wasn’t mine but not looking up at the number. It allowed me access to another guests room. Then I tried it on a fellow Canadian traveller. We both were upset. They could not enter that room with out a master key. The second day they moved me to a third room and while moving the men where such a hurry to move me they threw out several personal possessions. The elevator broke down on the second day and did not work for two days! Absolute nightmare !! The place was dirty and the elevator didn’t look like it was cleaned in several years! It was a non refundable last minute booking! What a nightmare stay!

Wir kamen an mit einem 3-jährigen Kleinkind und sie sagten das die Unterkunft überbucht sein und sie kein Zimmer mehr für uns hätten um 23 Uhr abends nach einem langen Flug. Sehr unfreundliches Personal!!! We came there and they told us the hotel was overbooked that they don't have any room for us, but we had a reservation...we had a 3 year old toddler with us...very unfriendly staff.!!!!.after an exhausting flight we arrived there at 11pm

We received a room in another hotel APK , very noice With spider webs everywhere. Even in my bathroom was a huge spider webs and nobody removed even I ask the receptionist to tell to the cleaners. I have a reservation and I paid for two superior double rooms but one room was very small , actually a standard room . First day not toilet paper . When I ask to the reception they said they have to buy because is not any toilet paper on the hotel. What???? How is possible? I will not recommend this hotel ! Very bad
