Room was beautiful and spacious. Loved the bathroom, the rainshower was great, double sinks made getting around an ease. The lighted mirror was helpful. Great amentities, the twice a day cleaning ensured you never needed anything The view was absolutely amazing. The pillows and bed were incredibly comfortable. Staff were very accommodating.

When we arrived at the resort after a long taxi ride, we received a fantastic welcome from the staff. Martin (the Guest Manager) quickly seated us at a table in the lounge, where we were served a refreshing drink and cold towels. He took care of the entire check-in process there and explained how everything works at the resort. While we were waiting for our room to be ready—we arrived well before check-in—we were served afternoon tea. The rooms at this resort offer a spectacular view, as it is built along a mountainside overlooking the ocean. We were completely overwhelmed. The staff at this resort are absolutely wonderful. Everyone makes sure you have everything you need and is always happy to stop for a friendly chat, which makes the experience feel very personal. They remember what we usually order and ask the next time if we would like to have the same again. Examples of staff groups we interacted with include the lounge, breakfast, reception, traffic control, housekeeping, gardening, transport/shuttle, restaurant, and bar staff. Every single one of them is outstanding.

This hotel is very bad. I book this hotel through hotels.com but they told me that I haven't pay for this room and make me pay more and the room was very smelly and it not private the staff walk in and out the villas many times.The key card on second day can't use my villas is in the mountain the staff make me using a golf car to going to the front but not come to the room. The staff don't want to welcome the visitor . This is very bad hotel that I will not be there anymore.

The hotel was absolutely magnificent with an incredible view. The staff were fantastic, especially at the pool bar with Mr. Kong, who is always very efficient and friendly, as well as Mrs. Katie from the Flame restaurant.

10/10 you can't fault anything in this resort. The staff is absolutely great and so courteous, especially Tangmo, she went above and beyond to make sure my stay was above satisfactory. I had the Best time at this resort. Everything is so beautiful ❤️❤️❤️

오션뷰가 아주 멋진데 테라스가 넓어서 사진보다는 방 내부는 좁은 느낌이었습니다. 그리고 시설은 좀 노후됐는데 깔끔하게 관리하고 있습니다.

It’s a nice property, but needs a renovation and new management. The Swedish manager that I suffer is not capable of making a decent team of his employees and even keep the property clean at the level of their pricing. The employees have goodwill but when a property is badly manage the team becomes an operational nightmare. Find another property to enjoy your holidays until this one finds its way and attention to detail in line with their premium pricing

We have spent a wonderful time staying in a family villa with 2 bedrooms for 4 nights. The villa is comfortable and spacious. The ocean view was terrific and, in particular, excellent for the sunset. The servicing team was sincere and helpful. 😃😃

Hotel is in a nice spot but needs renovation! we had a villa on the beach which was nice but way too expensive for the quality. Staff nice but often inexperienced. Only two restaurants, food was not impressive compared to Bkk/Hua Hin 5star restaurants. New years eve party overpriced and hardly any firework. Better choose Chaweng hotels!

โรงแรมสวยมาก สะอาดมาก แม้วันที่ไปฝนตกเล็กน้อย แต่บรรยากาศก็ดีมากค่ะ เป็นโรงแรมที่เหมาะกับการดูพระอาทิตย์ตกที่สุดเลยค่ะ โรแมนติกและชิลมาก สระว่ายน้ำมีหลายสระ Main pool สวยมากค่ะ ว่ายน้ำไปชมวิวไป ชิลสุดๆ ห้องพักกว้างขวางมาก สะอาด Amenities ที่นี่จะเป็นของ THANN กลิ่นหอมมากค่ะ พนักงานน่ารัก และบริการดีมาก ตั้งแต่พนักงานรักษาความปลอดภัย พนักงานต้อนรับ แม่บ้าน พนักงานที่ห้องอาหาร หรือที่แอร์บาร์ ทุกคนบริการดี ยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใส ให้ความช่วยเหลือเป็นอย่างดีทุกคนค่ะ แขกส่วนใหญ่เป็นชาวต่างชาติ นานๆที ถึงจะมีคนไทยค่ะ แ่ต่พนักงานก็บริการดีไม่แบ่งแยก อาหารเช้าก็อร่อยมากค่ะ แนะนำว่า ให้ไปช่วงที่ฝนไม่ตก จะได้ดื่มด่ำกับบรรยากาศพระอาทิตย์ตกแบบเต็มอิ่มค่ะ

This hotel is very bad. I book this hotel through hotels.com but they told me that I haven't pay for this room and make me pay more and the room was very smelly and it not private the staff walk in and out the villas many times.The key card on second day can't use my villas is in the mountain the staff make me using a golf car to going to the front but not come to the room. The staff don't want to welcome the visitor . This is very bad hotel that I will not be there anymore.

Room was beautiful and spacious. Loved the bathroom, the rainshower was great, double sinks made getting around an ease. The lighted mirror was helpful. Great amentities, the twice a day cleaning ensured you never needed anything The view was absolutely amazing. The pillows and bed were incredibly comfortable. Staff were very accommodating.

When we arrived at the resort after a long taxi ride, we received a fantastic welcome from the staff. Martin (the Guest Manager) quickly seated us at a table in the lounge, where we were served a refreshing drink and cold towels. He took care of the entire check-in process there and explained how everything works at the resort. While we were waiting for our room to be ready—we arrived well before check-in—we were served afternoon tea. The rooms at this resort offer a spectacular view, as it is built along a mountainside overlooking the ocean. We were completely overwhelmed. The staff at this resort are absolutely wonderful. Everyone makes sure you have everything you need and is always happy to stop for a friendly chat, which makes the experience feel very personal. They remember what we usually order and ask the next time if we would like to have the same again. Examples of staff groups we interacted with include the lounge, breakfast, reception, traffic control, housekeeping, gardening, transport/shuttle, restaurant, and bar staff. Every single one of them is outstanding.

The hotel was absolutely magnificent with an incredible view. The staff were fantastic, especially at the pool bar with Mr. Kong, who is always very efficient and friendly, as well as Mrs. Katie from the Flame restaurant.

10/10 you can't fault anything in this resort. The staff is absolutely great and so courteous, especially Tangmo, she went above and beyond to make sure my stay was above satisfactory. I had the Best time at this resort. Everything is so beautiful ❤️❤️❤️
