Mycket bra rum med balkong. Nära till det mesta ändå lugnt och tyst. Här sov och trivdes vi bra.

The location was super convenient to get around by walking. The property is in the center of everything, yet very quiet. I enjoyed the hotel cats who greeted me each morning and evening!

El lugar esta en excelentes condiciones, limpio , piscina, balcón, botellas de agua. Me gustó tanto que añadi otra noche adicional.

Os móveis são um pouco antigos e um elevador faz falta se você fica nos andares mais altos, mas é uma acomodação confortável e muito limpa. É um bom custo benefício, recomendo.

One of the nicest rooms we had in Thailand. I love wood walls and ceiling. Bed was comfy and our first floor room had the pool right outside our sliding door. Staff was courteous - great stay!

JJ residence is the place you wanna stay at PhiPhi, is clean, staff is very friendly and the check in was very easy! I highly recommend this place …

Property was as pictured

We had a pool side suite, which ended up saving this property. The smell of mold was horible our A/C filter was black. (1st thing we do in every hotel is clean the A/C filter!) We stayed 4 nights and by the end we loved our stay here besides the smell of our room. The shower was very much lacking!

スタッフの対応が悪かった。荷物を3階まで階段で運ぶの大変だけど、スタッフは手伝ってくれない。 フロントの対応も悪い。

部屋は3階でしたが、荷物はスタッフ運んでくれません。階段で行き合ったスタッフも手伝ってくれません。。接客は最悪です。 特にフロントの女性はサービス悪く最悪です。

O atendimento da funcionária Lina foi excelente. O quarto muito bom tamanho. Cama muito boa. Limpeza excelente. Roupas de cama e banho muito limpas. O que não gostamos foi que não foi realizado o transfer do pier Tomsai até o hotel como havia sido prometido. E a falta de comunicação para os questionamentos. Também faltou um suporte para o xampoo e sabonete no box.

Hatten für uns 3 Zimmer gebucht. Sehr sauber und gepflegt, gut bewacht und sehr zentral gelegen - und dafür recht leise. Schlafmaske fürs blinken der Super-Klimaanlage gebraucht. War FUN, der Aufenthalt auf Kho PhiPhi. Auch das Schwimmen in der Anlage war angenehm (2 Pools zur Auswahl) und der Strand in kurzem Fußweg erreichbar. JJ Residence war für uns (mit Jugendlichen) eine tolle Ausgangsbasis/Rückzugsounkt

We liked the location - could still slightly hear the bass music - but we were on the top floor. Earplugs helped and we slept great. Low water pressure and iffy showers because they're on demand and electric. Nice pool area. No elevator - but they will help you carry your bags up. I liked the decor in the room - sensual and woody.

The place is good value for money overall. It’s in an area behind the main drag so very dark at night but still feel safe. The rooms were very nice and spacious. The pool was nice and sparkling. Housekeeping lady was friendly and helpful. They just need to clean up the surrounds of which is a nice building as it looks like a disused building site. Close to the pier and lots of restaurants so an ideal location.

Hotel was good value for money. It was clean and comfortable. Very accessible to main walking street even though the entrance is down more of a back alley. Rooms are a bit dark, but we were not spending much time in it except to sleep anyway. Pool looked clean, but we did not use it.

Really nice staff, very helpful, storing our luggage, giving us extra towels etc. we only asked the cleaning lady to come once and she cleaned it perfect! Room ja big, Nice balcony, shower is mweh but that is phi phi. It’s a 3 min walk from the pier and 3 minute to the beach. We loved it.
