บ้านหลังใหญ่ เหมาะสำหรับไปพักผ่อนหรือท่องเที่ยวแบบครอบครัวใหญ่ ที่มีสมาชิกหลายคน มีห้องน้ำห้องครัวแยกส่วนชัดเจน อุปกรณ์การประกอบอาหารใช้งานได้ดี ไปปาร์ตี้ส่วนตัวดีมาก มีจักรยานให้บริการฟรี อาหารเช้ามีไข่ดาว อยากให้เพิ่มข้าวต้ม ซึ่งเป็นอาหารที่ทานง่าย โดยรวมประทับใจมาก ๆ เจ้าของใจดี อยู่กลางเมืองอยุธยา แต่ผู้คนไม่พลุกพล่าน เงียบสงบ

I had an unexpected weekend off and decided to come to Ayutthaya for the weekend. Most of the hotels were sold out, but this was still available. I’m so glad it was. The owners were so gracious and welcoming, helped me plan my day, and helped make all the necessary arrangements. Truly Thai hospitality at its best. I can’t thank them enough.

Charming property in a development of 24 properties run by a very attentive owner and his daughter. Great location close to restaurants and attractions. Owner and his daughter always there to assist and show us around his menagerie of exotic birds. Fell in love with Simon the Parakeet who was very friendly.

Hello, I've only stayed for one day, and I'm so grateful that you treated me comfortably like family. Also, when we were in a difficult situation during the trip, he didn't hesitate to help us, which was enough to make us feel grateful and impressed. The owner's daughter's food was also very delicious, The parrot Simon is also very lovely, and it's a pity that I'm only staying for one day, so I'll definitely come back next time. I think the boss and his daughter are so stylish and warm-hearted.

공간이 넓고 쾌적하며 내부 데코레이션도 감각적입니다. 더운 날씨에 꼭 필요하다면서 주인이 물을 충분히 냉장고에 넣어주셨고 리필해주십니다. 갈만한 곳과 동선, 할만한 활동을 잘 설명하고 추천해 주셔서 우리 팀은 보트투어 했는데 추천할 만합니다. 아침 식사도 맛있고 넉넉하며 저녁은 코스요리오 주문해서 먹었는데 비싼 편이지만 음식은 매우 훌륭하고 양도 엄청나요. 여러가지로 만족스러운 숙소였습니다.

Un endroit particulier a Ayutthaya très proche de la vieille ville.pret de vélo.une personne de l'hôtel nous a emmené au marché local pour faire des achats( crevettes, champignons,soja, nouilles)puis nous avons cuisiné avec une des employés.le gérant de l'hôtel est une personne formidable.je recommandé a 150%

We booked the villa with 3 bedrooms and got a big 4 bedrooms, 2 storeys villa. The area outside the house looks a bit run down. However the inside of the house is clean and nice. It has basic amenities (fridge, microwave, cutleries). I forgot to check if they have stove since we didn't use it. They also stock a lot of water bottles inside fridge, so when you come back from a long day temple exploring under the hot scorching sun, you are welcomed by cold water. The beds are basic, a bit hard and thin for me, but clean. Pillows are decent. The bathroom is very basic, no place to hang towels, no hairdryer etc. No separate shower area so you wet all the toilet area when showering. The drain is also very slow so the water accumulates. Hot water is decent. They provide decent breakfast with fruits directly from the garden. The owner also gave the lady guests a cute fashion ring each. Overall, there are rooms for improvement but decent experience

Le patron est un peu directif mais très généreux. Il a le soucis de ses clients. Il prête les vélos, offre l'eau et plus si vous tombez bien.... Il aime partager, offrir et faire plaisir. Il est passionné d'oiseaux et en possède beaucoup. Anglais difficile à comprendre pour nous, dommage parce qu'il est sûrement pationnant à écouter... Merci à lui et à toute son équipe.

Superbes villas au milieu de la végétation , tenues par le propriétaire et sa fille qui sont adorables ! La villa est très joliment décorée , la cuisine est sommaire mais on petit déjeune au resto du complexe , c'est compris et on peut y souper aussi , c’est très très bon , copieux et pas cher ! Ça fait auberge familiale , c’est la jeune fille qui cuisine , qui dirige tt , un vrai chef !!! Qd on arrive souper , elle nous fait préparer la fameuse salade de papaye , nos ados ont adoré participer et nous aussi Ap , c’est typique ! Ils nous prêtent des vélos et on a pu balader et visiter les temples , on s’est régalés ! La jeune fille nous a aussi réservé un trip : un tuk tuk qui vient vous récupérer pour 16 h pour aller rejoindre un bateau ( que pour nous 4 ) pour balader sur le fleuve et visiter des temples , c’est grandiose au coucher du soleil , superbe moment ! Ensemble de logements situé dans la ville historique d'Ayutthaya. Mise à disposition gratuite de vélos pour visiter la ville et ses nombreux temples. L'accueil est simplement remarquable. Nous avons eu le droit à un check-out à 19:00 car nous prenions le train de nuit pour Chiang Mai. Nous avons donc pu profiter d'une bonne douche avant notre départ. Le propriétaire nous a également emmené directement à la gare avec son véhicule personnel. Le repas est un beau moment également avec la possibilité d'aider à sa préparation. Rapport qualité-prix excellent.

There was nothing the owner and his daughter would not do to make your stay more enjoyable....even threw in a Thai cooking lesson with the family. Absolutely fabulous place to stay especially if travelling as a family.

Bathroom was in a bad condition. Tap didn't work, water in the shower was rusty. Breakfast was OK. Owner was obtrusive and impertinent. I would not stay there again.

Location is very good close to major attractions. Owner is very nice, he showed us around his beautiful garden with many fruit trees and collection of birds. We totally enjoyed his hospitality and will stay again next time if we visit the city again.

Fruit bugs in the room and clothes not washed and dried properly. Also sold us a tour "all included" but we had to pay extra at the last temple.
