This is a basic place that could need an update of the rooms/bungalows and new sunbeds & umbrellas by the pool. However, the service it's excellent by Kevin at front desk and there is a (small) pool which is great as the sea level, during a part of the day, gets too low to swim. The bar is amazing!

Trevlig resort, lugnt, serviceminded personal, trevliga ägare. Fräscha bungalows, dock hårda sängar (som ofta i Thailand). God mat i restaurangen, bra läge vid stranden och många bra restauranger runt omkring. Poolen var bra, men solstolarna skulle behöva bytas ut, dynorna var slitna och trasiga.

Great value right in the middle of Klong Khong Beach! Nice pool, stunningly clean room and bathroom. The management and staff are very friendly. I felt welcome from the first moment to the last. Highly recommend this property! No AC in the room I booked, but I knew that going in for the nice price I paid. Other rooms have more amenities.

This place is right in the beach and so great! You can swim there and it’s a nice beach. When the tide is low there’s rocks but for the most part it’s great! The people that work there also great and helpful! So many cool bars and restaurants near by also on the beach. Overall great beach vacation

The staff are amazing, in particular Ron. The food was delicious and my kids loved both the beach and pool.

The staff is great and very helpful. I stayed in the rooms without air conditioning and it was no problem. Cracked the window and turned on the fan and sleeping was very comfortable. It got hot during the day but if you are in Koh Lanta you shouldnt be in your room. Scorpion massage is right there at the resort, pool was perfect for when the tide went out and the Freedom bar was a popular spot to shoot pool and have drinks, food was good and they also offered scooter rentals. Everything you needed was right there. I really enjoyed my stay here and will most likely be back.

Dålig service i restaurangen och inte städning varje dag som utlovats. Stort rum och sköna sängar.

Op het eerste zicht zag het er leuk uit maar naderhand veel mankementen Overal lag rotzooi rond het resort , onze kamer werd ook niet schoon gemaakt , geen warm water om te douchen, geen zwemstrand , vol rotsen, smorvens.vroeg rond 5u hoor je het geroep van de moskee receptie sluit rond 21u en dan is er ook geen wifi meer op het terras aan de zee

Die Anlage des Lanta Emerald ist direkt am Strand gelegen und ca 10-15 min Fußweg von zwei 7/11 entfernt. Das Essen sowie die Poolanlage sind sehr gut gewesen! Die Karte des Restaurant hat für jeden Wunsch etwas anzubieten, ist preislich mehr als in Ordnung und sehr lecker! Direkt am Strand reihen sich mehrere Restaurants und Bars, jedoch war es abends nie zu laut. Das Hotel vermietet ebenso Roller. Auch dies hat alles reibungslos geklappt sowie das Taxi zum Pier.

Min omdöme om hotellet dras nog ner för att vi bokat ett rum med bara fläkt, ingen ac. Galet hett rum som för övrigt inte var i bra skick. De andra timmen var säkerligen bättre. 😊 Det som dock fick oss att lämna hotellet i förväg var att det inte fanns några solstolar eller parasoller mot strandområdet. (Några få solstolar fanns att tillgå runt poolen.) Fint område annars om du kan tänka dig att ligga på ett badlakan på stranden.

我地中午到步，服務人員好好，叫我睇下自己房間是否合適，如果有問題可以轉房，當然要補回差價，但最後我地選擇繼續入住，房間沒有冷氣，只有風扇，但好清涼感覺，只係清潔房間問題，要二天才有人清潔房間，大家訂房時，要留意是否有空調，泳池大，近沙灘，服務員很熱情。

Bed was at end of life. Suitable for back Packers was the roomstyle. Nicer rooms were likely available. WiFi on this visit was unusable. Owner was aware and contacted service provider. Low single or no signal in my room, had to be in the lobby. It was dropping alot. Also rain can effect internet on the island. Owner did try to help and connected me to his private router.

Bien situé, en bon etat, beau jardin, calme, piscine propre, belle plage, plein de restau et petit commerce a coté... Restau de l hotel correct avec tres belle vue sur la mer. La chambre est plus que basique, aucune deco, la salle de bain avec le stricte necessaire...un lavabo- un pomo de douche-des wc. Le gros point faible de cet hotel, c est le personnel de l acceuil et du resto qui est peu souriant et fatigué. Le menage a été fait une fois en 5 nuits...je suis allé moi meme a l accueil changer les serviettes et chercher du papier toilette. Les bouteilles d eau qui sont prévu dans le prix de la nuit...eh beh ne comptez pas dessus. En gros ce resort n exploite ses tres bonnes capacités...dommage...un peu deçu mais supportable.

Trevligt bemötande och en fin resort!

Our family (My wife and I and our two kids, 7 and 9) was staying here from 2/1 to 18/1 -16. We liked the place very much. Right at the beach: Very nice Bungalows and a great pool together with a restaurant with awesome food at really nice prices. Same goes for the bar next to the restaurant. Very cozy. But what impressed us the most was the amazing staff that helped you in any way that they could, always with a smile. You can book tours and motobikes, amongst other things, right at the reception. We will surely return to this place.

We stayed there for a week in September which is still in low season. This is why the complete hotel was under construction: no restaurant, no reception, no breakfast, no clean room nothing. Except the pool was clean. The bathroom was not nice at all, everything worked, but nothing more. This hotel is definitely not recommendable during low season and also not if you want to relax in a nice hotel. But indeed it is located directly at the beautiful beach spread with rubbish all over.

Rooms were ok and value for the money. Hotel has a nice pool and the beach is right next to hotel. Location is peacefull and good. We had some misunderstandings weather the breakfast is included in the price or not, but hotel management sorted out this problem fine, and we got a good breakfast for free every morning. If you don't expect five star, this is a good choise!
