Hotel property .. appearances and finishes including amenities are all perfect. Overall amazing and highly recommend.. small issue almost nonexistent.. SOME OF the staff are a bit too involved or curious in personal guest matters. I think the best way to put it is nosiness. I've had attempts to hack my devices using their public WiFi..

Below average “VIP” property. The staff were awesome and friendly. Location is convenient. The property is quote worn and could use an update. The worst part of the stay was the noise. The walls seem to be paper thin and you can hear everything from the lobby or other rooms. The street noise is loud too. If you're looking for a quiet and restful place, the. Loom elsewhere. If you're looking for a good location, then this is a good spot.

I had a truly wonderful experience staying at Maitria Hotel Sukhumvit 18 in Bangkok. From the moment I arrived, the staff at the front desk were incredibly welcoming and professional. Their hospitality made check-in smooth and pleasant, and they were always available to help with any questions or needs throughout the stay. The room was spacious, clean, and modern, with thoughtful amenities like a kitchenette, a comfortable bed, and a smart layout. It’s perfect for both short visits and longer stays. The air conditioning worked well, and the Wi-Fi connection was fast and reliable. One of the highlights is the rooftop pool and fitness center – clean, quiet, and ideal for relaxing after a day in the city. The hotel’s location is also excellent: just a few minutes’ walk to BTS Asok and MRT Sukhumvit, with plenty of restaurants, cafés, and a convenience store nearby. I had a great stay at Maitria Hotel. The reception staff were very friendly, polite, and always ready to help with anything I needed — from check-in to arranging transport. Great experience here with great staff and services. Also during my stay I was stranded a good distance away with no phone and no money do to an issue with my credit card. They made arrangements to have me brought back to the hotel. Thankyou

Stayed for 3 weeks here, can’t fault the staff, very helpful and friendly. Very clean, they clean and replenish the rooms daily. Location was central and easy access to MRT BTS and Terminal 21. Local pharmacy and 7/11 just a short walk. We had the deluxe suite with kitchenette, there was no cooking equipment when we got there, but asked at desk and they supplied it very quickly. Would recommend.
