We had such a great experience at Nai Boutique House, the family run accommodation was so comfortable and welcoming. The family who runs the hotel is very sweet and went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. The breakfast was delicious and the grounds as cute as could be. We were within walking distance of everything in the old city and our room comfortable, clean and homey.

非常热情，即使语言不是很通也完全没问题。二楼小露台适合下午发个呆。在巷子里面晚上很安静，巷子口就有一家马杀鸡。床超级软，不过蚊帐不是很习惯，就一直没用。旁边就有个寺庙，有时候有风吹动风铃响很好听。

Excellent emplacement et accueil. Maison traditionnelle très bien entretenue. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de service de breuvages et de repas sur la terrasse en soirée car c'est un lieu magnifique! Parcontre ont peut y prendre le déjeuner et il y a beaucoup de restaurants à proximité. Adresse à retenir.

A beautiful little hotel in a great location. We walked to both the Sunday Walking Markets and the daily night bazaar. The room was small but comfortable and decorated beautifully. The rest of the hotel is getting a little tired though. We wished that we had gotten a hotel with a pool as Chiang Mai was so hot but the room was well air conditioned, which helped.

the location is very good but the dogs near here are a little noisy at midnight because they are baking

Pour notre deuxième fois à chiant mai je regrette de ne pas avoir connu cet endroit plus tôt. J'avais choisi la suite pour avoir de la place et ce fut le cas. Joliment décorée la terrasse n'est pas en reste non plus.le petit plus: café et the gratuit de 6h à 11h30! Merci

we only booked 1 night here due to staying in chiang mai for an additional night and the original hotel we booked was full. we checked in with no issues. room was nice with a more authentic Thai feel to it. bed was amazing, so good I slept for 15 hours a missed my last night in chiang mai! roof top area is relaxing with free tea and coffee all day. the only downside to this hotel is no pool, which we knew about when we booked it so no issues. the family that run it are extremely helpful and arranged our transport to the train station the next day for only 100 baht. would definitely stay again.

very small rooms, good for short stay only

古民家を改装したアンティックで可愛らしいゲストハウスです！ 好みは分かれるでしょうが・・・私は好み！！ 部屋は１階だったせいか暗く、窓が４つありましたが、窓開けるとすぐ塀、景観なし。 建物自体は古いですが、設備は新しく清潔！　バスルーム兼トイレは狭いながらもバスタブ付、水圧、お湯共に◎！　なんて言ってもロビー兼レストランのルーフトップが心地良い！！　インドチックな雰囲気にタイスタイルのサラがあり、マッタリ・・・コーヒー・紅茶などがfreeで楽しめます！！　１００バーツの朝食が美味しいです。(ホットケーキがオススメ) オーナー＆スタッフが親切！！チェックアウト後もシャワー使わせてくれたり、帰りのソウテツも大通りまで行って拾ってくれたり・・・オーナーはNaiと言う洋服&雑貨の店を何軒も持っています！！

Pictures of rooms and hotel are very deceiving...rooms are tiny, no good if you are tall, picture of our room on hotels.com taken from floor to give the impression of large room, bathroom was tiny, good power shower but no separate shower are so all bathroom tiles get wet when showering. Room we had was like a tiny basement in someones house, with no windows. Free tea and coffee on first floor lounge, stops and all closes at 5. No food cooked on premises, ordered some lunch, after an hour owner went to find out why taking so long as cooked at their other premises, was informed have just started cooking it, so cancelled. We checked out after 1 night.

除了衛浴（熱水不熱，淋浴很難不噴的到處都是）其他都很喜歡，交通位置很方便，二樓露台很美很舒服

Interesting decor, love the wooden exterior and antique furniture. Bit the room is small and cramp. The wooden floor is often slippery, almost tripped a few times. The room has no proper ventilation as the windows are perpetually closed. The bathroom is also very small. However the service is OK. And it's located right in the middle of the Old City. So very strategic location.
