Great location and staffs. It took really long with waiting for elevator which was not so convenient

Great location, friendly staffs

Service super, but I was expecting bath tube in my room since it has hot tub icon showing. Breakfast nice. A lot of shopping mall around the area.

I’ve been staying here for many years but the guest services have been declining. They did not bother to follow up or help with the booking request that was made way in advance. Even the response to my request was brief without any email etiquette to a loyal guest. It’s extremely disappointing.

This is a very modern hotel in a great downtown location not far from the airport train with very helpful staff.

Family and friends

the staffs were very friendly, polite and helpful. The location of the hotel is also very near to the BTS which is a huge plus point, and you can travel easily to the hotel via BTS even if you have many luggages as it is only about a 5 mins walk or less from Siam BTS to the hotel. The hotel is also very near (literally just across the road)to the shopping areas like Siam Square, Siam Paragon, Siam Square 1 just to name a few. Even if you want to go to Central world or Big C, there is a huge sheltered skybridge and is only about a 15 to 20 mins walk depending on your own speed. You will literally feel that you are staying in the shopping area, very convenient. Will definitely choose to stay here again my next trip.

I'm grateful to the staff for being kind to me who can hardly speak English. It was great to be able to spend a comfortable time.

Staff service is excellent

Fantastic location! Situated along the busy activities and shopping malls area, while tucked away to the end of the main road allowed for easy access to malls and activities while maintaining some level of quiet. Rooms were adequately sized and clean. Staff were always approachable and friendly. Did not dine in the hotel as there were so many alternate options in the immediate vicinity of the hotel.

The square was only open for buffet and breakfast, but not for à la carte. Location was good. Pool facilities adequate. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Overall good value for money

Room for 4 is not really a room for 4.. They expect the b dnto be shared by 3 people and fourth one couch that serves as a single bed. Elevators took forever, lost most of our time just waiting for elevators. Breakfast is good. Rooms are not a typical Novotel standard.

The location is great, just cross the street and there are a lot of massage shops, shops and shopping malls. The breakfast is up to standard. Despite the hotel is a bit old but all the service of all staff including front desk and housekeeping are really helpful and nice.

The hotel was very run down and in poor condition. This was the first time I have ever seen a hotel selling condoms as part of their mini bar. I didn’t want to have to explain that to my children just yet, thanks Novotel. The tiles are the pool were the slipperiest I have ever encountered, my 5 year old daughter took a nasty tumble. This hotel is worse than a $50 a night motel. Don’t be fooled by the fancy lobby, book elsewhere !

Good

Location is very good near to many dining places. Very near to siam paragon n mbk But I am not pleased with the room, I stayed at room 625 , the toilet got a stench. Feedback to the staff but still the same. Asked for bell boy service, but waited for 30mins n I brought the bags myself for 2 rounds .

The executive lounge was great and the rooms were clean.
